Elle Thorpe lives on the sunny east coast of Australia, just about an hour outside of Sydney.

When she’s not busy writing stories filled with chemistry and kissing, she is a Mummy to three small humans and a wife. She is also the official ball tosser to one slobbery dog called Rollo. Yes she did name a female dog after a male character on the show Vikings. Don’t judge her, please.

Elle is a total and utter fangirl at heart, obsessing over Outlander and The Walking Dead to an unhealthy degree. Yet she wouldn’t change a single thing.

Elle, after being a booklover for as long as she could remember, started writing during high school. She scribbled down stories not so loosely based on the hottest guy in her school, during these sleepovers with her bestie.

When she moved into the workforce, she always kept a notebook hidden in her filing, writing scenes and outlines whenever nobody was looking. She took an extended break from writing when the tiny humans showed up, yet her characters were there always, telling their stories in the back of her mind.

Elle, when her youngest was finally eighteen months, started using naptime as her writing time, and wound up writing two novels over the following eighteen months. Neither of which will ever see the light of day. However then this sorta arrogant, yet kinda sweetheart character named Low began talking to her, and the rest is history.

“25 Reasons to Hate Christmas and Cowboys” was a Finalist for Favorite Small Town Romance in the Australian Romance Readers Awards. Elle also won a Self Publishing Foundation Scholarship.

“Only the Positive” is the first novel in the “Only You” series and was released in 2018. Reese made a mistake that could have ruined somebody’s life. She’s moved to Sydney in order to avoid all of the glares and the questions from the people back home, yet there is one thing she can’t run away from: the pain and guilt that follows her relentlessly. All she can do is dull it with casual sex and booze.

However then her new boss, Mr. Delicious and Dark, went and deserted her, mid kiss, with her skirt hiked up and her shirt dumped on the floor of the alley. Reese should really hate the guy, him and all of the secrets that he is keeping. Yet she just cannot stay away, because the guilt and pain he hides mirrors her own.

However when the cops arrest her ex, a man that Mae knows is innocent, she cannot just sit around and not do anything. Not when she has been in love with him in secret for years now.

Heath might not want her help, yet she’s not going to take no for answer. In order to catch this killer, Mae is forced to take a job at Saint View Prison, Maximum Security. The place that they send the worst of the worst. Yet it’s not merely Heath that doesn’t want her there.

Rowe, who is the sinfully sexy head guard has made it abundantly clear that Mae does not belong, and she’d tell him where to go with her middle finger up, if her skin didn’t prickle with this awareness every single time Rowe touches her.
