Emily Robertson is a bestselling romance novelist that is best known as the author of the “Portwood Brothers” series of novels.

The author showed signs of being a very creative and imaginative child as she participated in stage plays while still in middle school. She was and is still an avid reader who enjoys reading contemporary and new adult romances, as much as she loves writing them.

Robertson made her debut with the publishing of “Playing by the Rules” in 2015 and has never looked back since. She now has more than a dozen titles spread out across a handful of series. She gets the ideas for her novels from all over the place and in fact got the idea for her debut from a dream.

“Playing it Cool” by Emily Robertson is the story of Addison who knew what she wanted to do ever since she was a little girl. She planned on going to the University of Nebraska for her pre-law degree before proceeding to a top law school, which would make her a top-notch lawyer.
