Despite the fact that she was born in New Jersy, Holly was raised in Baltimore. Ever since she was young Holy has always wanted to be an author. This is the first book in the Tale of the Demon world book series. The protagonist in this novel is Roxanne, a daughter to an exceedingly famous opera singer. Roxanne has no idea who his father is, thus for most of her life, she was forced to take care of herself. As an artist, Roxanne took in two orphaned boys. This book talks about who is standing exceedingly high between two separate worlds. The demons find that human lives are exceedingly appealing; thus, there are several humans, who can give out their lives as a form of survival. Adrian is an exceedingly interesting character and also not your usual male protagonist. After fighting with an exceedingly powerful demon, Adrian is left in an exceedingly bad shape. However, after meeting Roxy, the attraction between the two is undeniable. With that being said, after reading this installment, you will definitely understand why Roxanne has managed to develop a name for herself in the writing business.

The Billionaires

One of the best performing series by Emma Holly is the Billionaires. The first installment in this series is the Billionaire Badboy Club, which is an exceedingly sweet tale. In this book, the author, Emma Holly introduces the readers to Trey and Zane who are not only the greatest of friends but also lovers and successful business partners. The two have always been there for one another and have faced whatever life had to throw at them. Apart from having to face highly abusive fathers, the two also had to fight high school drama, failures, and even college drama. Apart from Zane and Trey, the author also introduces the reader to Rebeca. Trey and Zena met Rebecca for the first time while in college.

From the first Trey met Rebecca, he saw her as someone who is very special and also someone whom he could share his thoughts and feelings with. However, despite what he feels about Rebecca, he still holds back due to their relationship with Zane. A few years later after completing their college education, Trey finds himself interviewing Rebecca for a head chef position at his lounge and restaurant. Just like the two main characters, Rebecca has also not had it easy with life. While she was young, her mother had passed away after battling cancer, while her father had left Rebecca and her two young twin brothers. In an effort to ensure that her brothers were not placed for adoption, Rebecca began taking care of them at the age of sixteen and also had to pretend that the father was still around. Rebecca’s character is well driven and is not the type of person who can easily let anyone in.

Rebecca gets involved with Zane and Trey separately. However, it does not take long before the two discover that they both want Rebecca for more than a night. Thus, the beginning of an exceedingly complicated relationship begins. The three are not only meant with challenges but also insecurities arise. They also have to deal with exceedingly jealous ex-lovers and unfaithful employees. With that said, Emma Holy has managed to deliver an exceedingly complicated story, which was not only about sex but also about exceedingly unique characters who are faced with the challenges and hurdles of life. The second installment in the Billionaire’s book series is Beck and Call. In this novel, the author introduces the readers to three main characters, Mia, Damien and Jeck. Mia works as a receptionist at a Private Investigator’s firm. The P.I firm is managed and run by her brother’s lover.

What makes Mia unique is that she has a special gift which in some way makes her more of a receptionist. Mia can not only memorize but also to replicate anything that she can see. Jake, on the other hand, works as a Private Investigator within the same firm that Mia is employed. Jake is used to working as a spy; thus he has been a part of several things which have not only made feel unworthy but also dark of anyone worth Mia’s attention. However, this does not stop Jake from wanting Mia. Damien, on the other hand, is exceedingly rich, and mainly makes his money from designing fast cars, computer programming, and several other revolutionary technologies. However, Damien has been having bad luck with women. This has, in turn, propelled his sexual tastes towards voyeurism.

Mia and Jake are assigned a case, which Damien is the main target. One of Damien’s main rival in the tech industry has accused Damien of trying to steal some confidential and exceedingly sensitive designs; thus he hires the firm to look into the matter. While conducting their investigation, the two discover that Damien has some exceedingly strange sexual tastes thus they try to seduce him. Due to the fact that Damien likes to watch instead of being part of the action, the two are not going to get involved with Damien but rather with one another. Mia accepts to take the job since it offers her the chance of getting involved with Jake and also trying things out in the process. This is something that she has always fantasized about ever since the two started working for the firm.
