Evangeline Kelly is an American author known for writing contemporary Christian romance books. She is the author of the Blind Date Disasters series, the California Elite series, the Alaska Romance series, the Vacation Romance, and the Wedding Planners series.

The name Evangeline Kelly is actually just a pen name used by the author. The actual author is married to her perfect bad boy hero. When she was just a kid she had two dreams. She wanted to work with at risk youth and she wanted to write books. Prior to becoming an author, she worked with foster children for over twenty years. She then finally made the decision to follow her other childhood dream. She used to write short stories which her grandma kept in a box that she can now look back on.

In her other career, she witnessed a lot of suffering while also believing she saw God’s redeeming love. This is important to her work as a Christian romance author and she aims to have her books feature both hardship and entertain. Her goal as a writer of these books is not only entertain, but to encourage others and to bring glory and honor to Jesus Christ.

A Wedding to Adore is Evangeline’s first book in the Wedding Planners series. Brooklyn Melbourne had a passion for wedding planning since she was a little girl and now she is determined to make it her career after her and two friends start a new business. One of their earliest clients proves to be quite the challenge as their parents threaten to ruin everything with their fighting. It’s not all bad though as the family brought along the brother of the bride who is handsome and smitten with Brooklyn. The only problem with him is that he has no intention of ever marrying.

Jarrett Jeffries will do anything for his little sister and is paying for her wedding, but he had no idea that the wedding planner would capture his attention like this. After dealing with his parents he’s always believed it better to stay away from marriage, but Brooklyn might just be the one to change his mind.

Island Dreams is a clean, short read in the Vacation Romance series. A woman wins an all-expenses paid trip to Makani Island and is looking forward to a relaxing vacation when she meets a guy she never wants to see again. Or so she thinks. Somehow he convinces her to take a walk on the beach with him which turns into an all-night conversation. The two form a once in a lifetime bond, but it doesn’t matter because his parents have wedding plans for him. She’s willing to give him up as it seems the right thing to do. Will he let her?

Protected by the Bad Boy is the first book in the Bad Boy Bodyguards series. Kayla Keller has dreams of making it big as a country star and it is the only thing keeping her together four years after the death of her husband. That bodyguard is Troy Littman who is about to be promoted when he gets one last job to protect a country star.
