Everly Frost is a new adult urban fantasy, young adult, science fiction and romance novelist. While she was growing up, she loved dreaming of fantastic worlds and then scribbling short stories in her school notebooks. As an adult, she has adult responsibilities and has to juggle between a day job, parenting and writing, which means she never has much time off. She usually has very fixed schedules for her late evenings and early mornings when she is not working. In the very late evenings she usually sets aside some time for writing and social media even though parenting is what takes up most of her time. She currently makes her home in Brisbane Australia where she lives with her husband and their children. When she is not writing her novels she loves to read fantasy fiction works. Among her favorite works include Julie Hall, Jaymin Eve, Amy McNulty, Kelly St Clare, Jennifer Bardsley, Tate James, Annette Marie and Heather Renee.

Frost was inspired to become an author from her grandmother and mother who were always writing. They would often be writing short stories or some poetry and hence the art of writing is something that she grew up with. However, it would be her sister who would encourage her to try her hand at writing and publishing. Everly Frost read from all manner of authors and different types of genres but over time she let go of the habit of reading. It was not until she read “The Hunger Games” that the hunger for writing and reading came back in full force. She had been in a slump for several years and it was a welcome relief to be back reading. After that, she started reading a lot and soon started dreaming of one day becoming a published author. She published “Fear Mortality” in 2016 and has never looked back since becoming a prolific author with more than two dozen novels to her name. She has also written several children’s fiction stories that she is yet to publish but hopes to one day do so.
The idea for Everly Frost’s debut novel “Fear My Mortality” is a unique and interesting concept that was inspired by her experiences as a child. As a kid she had been unwell much of the time and often wished she had healing superpowers so that she could get well and get back to playing with other kids. She thought the concept of immortality and paranormal human powers was interesting. If people could heal their bodies at exponential rates and then accelerate the repair processes in their bodies, illness would become a very rare thing and death could just as well be eliminated. When she first started writing the novel she never did plan for a trilogy but once the debut was published and went on to become a bestseller her plans changed. As a new author, Frost was never so sure if her novels would sell let alone the first one. She followed up the debut novel of the series with “Beyond the Ever Reach” and several other titles in the Mortality series of novels. Now that she is sure that her novels sell, she no longer writes stand alone tiles as she has more scope to play around with developing plots and characters in subsequent novels. Aside from her own novels, she has also collaborated with Jaymin Eve in the writing of the “Storm Princess Saga”.

Everly Frost’s novel “The Princess Must Die” is set under the Chicago streets where the Storm Princess Marbella Mercy has been keeping under control. Now that she is old enough, the elven houses in the city will each produce a champion to fight for her hand in a game of strength and wit. It is also a fight for the right to control natural forces through supernatural means. The only person Marbella has ever trusted is the leader and warrior of the prestigious House of Rath named Baelen Rath. He is ready to do anything to be her champion but what they all do not know is that the princess too will be fighting. She had thrown her hat in the ring when she learned that the winner is fated to kill her rather than get married to her and she has to win to save herself. She possesses a very powerful force but there is someone that needs the princess to die so that they can release the perfect storm.

In “The Princess Must Strike” by Everly Frost, House of Mercy’s Marbella Mercy is a servant with eleven blood. Her clan serves the needs of the House of Rath and those of other elven houses. While she was still a child, she was best friends with Bae the heir to the Rath house. But they had been caught in a huge storm one night and she had been struck by lightning and while Bae had been badly injured the storm chose her as the next Storm Princess. It is now several years after that fateful night but she is still haunted by guilt over Bae’s injury and wants to do everything to make it right. She must visit the storm vault almost every day to temper a storm that will surely destroy her people if she does not do so. On her twenty-fifth birthday, she will have a ceremony to choose a mate as the men battle for their family’s honor. Luckily, she has been warned by the storm and has the time to prepare for the coming battles.

Everly Frost’s “The Princess Must Reign” is set in Chicago where gargoyles and elves rule the underground. Marbella Mery the Storm Princess has roused a supernatural force in trying to free her lover Baelen Rath from a vivois gargoyle ruler. But what she has awakened could result in dire consequences as they could just destroy the gargoyle kingdom leaving Marbella open to an attack from the elven. Among her many enemies is a new sorcerer that has shown he can be very dangerous even to someone as powerful as her. The sorcerer manages to rip Baelen away from Marbella and starts a nasty war that could just spill over into the human realm. When the war between the gargoyles and elves commences the only thing that is clear to all is that the princess will have to reign.
