Reality can augur bad for the mental health of anyone, even the most strong willed. Even from a quasi-Biblical perspective, the Holy Writ states that man can live for seven or eight decades, depending on their strength; however, the lifespan is fraught with trouble, sorrow, pain, toil, and marred by suchlike problems. Fortunately, that is exactly what the Forever and Ever series seeks to dispel; to divert the attention of its readers from the harsh situations of real-life, especially through entertainment and fantasy.
Read on about that escapism. First and foremost, the Forever and Ever series is the name of an engaging literary series authored by the renowned American scribbler E. L. Todd. Incidentally, Todd has crafted many bestselling books, though most of her literary work is comprised of series of books. For starters, E. L. Todd’s birthplace is New York, in the US. However, she spent her formative years in California, mostly because the region is warm and augurs well for her health–she is susceptible to cold. Todd went to California State University for her undergraduate education; moreover, she has also received postgraduate education.
E. L. Todd, who also juggles teaching and editing roles, was influenced by the following female American authors; they are Alyssa Rose Ivy, Kristina Renee, Georgia Cates, Charlotte Abel, and M. Leighton. Todd’s bibliography comprises of way over a hundred books. Todd acknowledges her close friends for the success of her writing endeavors. Generally, E. L. Todd is a past master in the following genres: literary fiction, fantasy, and contemporary romance.

By the same token, Skye is fiercely loyal, an independent woman, sensible, and a willful heroine.
In the first book in the Forever and Ever series, All I Want is You, Cayson is chagrined whenever he notices Skye with another boyfriend. He is reluctant to declare that he loves her, held back by the prospect of losing her if he confessed. Cayson chances upon Skye partly naked and dead drunk at a party, with men salivating at her partial nakedness. Cayson carries her to his house wherein she is angling for making love with him. In the second book, If Loving You is Wrong, Cayson and Skye are in a steady love affair.
