H.S. Kallinger is a successful published author.

He is someone who has been actively writing on paper ever since he was young, at the age of thirteen years old. He was also published in a teaching magazine in high school. He would go on to find more success when he won first in state in the Young Playwrights of America contest with the play Lullaby.

His favorite subject to write about is usually vampires, and he has had an affinity for them for over half of his life and notes that he did so long before it was cool. However, Kallinger also loves most everything that the fantasy and science fiction genres have to offer.

The author writes but is also really a scientist at heart and enjoys looking for the why behind everything. The unifying theme to the work that they have done is LGBTQIA+ characters, something that they are very passionate about. When in college, Kallinger majored in criminal justice and pursued a minor in psychology.

Today he resides in Kansas along with his husband and their children, as well as their kitties who are very much loved.
