Heatherly Bell is a bestselling romance novelist from the small town of Morgan Hill that she loves to say is a good mix of suburbia with the rural. It is a town that still has plenty of vineyards and working farms.

While she was not born in the small town, she now calls it home and loves it to death. While other people may prefer living in the cities, she usually appreciates the progressive nature and diversity of her hometown.

Over the years, she has made a name for herself writing novels set in small towns that have been described as funny and sweet contemporary novels that emphasize the importance of family.

These works usually come with capable, sassy, and smart women and usually star former military sexy and alpha heroes. Many of her novels have also been described as emotional, quirky, and funny romances with high stakes.

Heatherly Bell published “All of Me” her debut novel in 2014 and has never looked back since. She has said that writing is something she always wanted to do and there is nothing else she would ever do in its stead.

As for how she started writing, Heatherly Bell has said that she got into it when she was in her teenage years. Things kicked off when she had to write a short story assignment to be submitted in English class.

She poured her soul and heart into it to write a semi-autobiographical story. When the story was finally submitted, her teacher praised it and told her she believed she had a lot of creative talent.
While she was praised and encouraged by her teacher, it would be many years before she picked up the pen again. It was in 2003 or 2004 that she had an idea and started writing for the enjoyment of writing.
At that point in time, she was missing the creative element of living which was practically non-existent in her life. Heatherly Bell began by penning short stories as she found the idea of writing a full-length novel too daunting.

In 2010, she submitted a young adult story to a contest by “Writer’s Digest” and won an honorable mention. It was this that motivated the budding author and gave him the confidence and belief that he could write books.

Once she published “All of Me” in 2014, there was no looking back and he now has more than thirty works to his name.

Heatherly Bell self-published more than a dozen books before she decided to get into traditional publishing. When she started becoming very popular, she was approached by a number of small publishers and published several works under a pen name.

She published under a pseudonym because she wanted to write in other genres without confusing her readers. She has also signed with Harlequin Romance which has published several of her romance novels.
When she is not writing her novels, she loves to read rather than watch TV. Still, she still enjoys many of the TV shows on Cable and Netflix such as “Homeland,” “Game of Thrones,” and “Bloodline.”
Interestingly, what she watches is very different from what she reads. Whenever she has the time, she can often be found reading funny and light romance novels that leave her happy for days.

“All of Me” by Heatherly Bell is the story of Dr. Jeff Garner and Ivey, whose history of dating goes right back to when they were in high school.

Jeff had one day told Ivey that he needed to put an end to their relationship as he needed to concentrate on his career and medical schooling. For Ivey, this was being dumped but she will not hold back Jack who has always dreamed of becoming a medic.

She leaves Starlight Hill and heads to Los Angeles and tells her friends and family that she met someone online and will be moving on. But very few people know the real reason she is leaving Starlight Hill.
But things do not go as planned in LA and soon she has to go back to the hometown she had once sworn she would never go back to.

Even worse there is a possibility that in her new job, she could be partnered with Jeff her old flame that is the local hospital’s resident. Jeff and Ivey still have intense chemistry with each other, even though they try hard to remain just friends.
Will they ever be honest with each other and give happily ever after a chance?

Heatherly Bell’s novel “Somebody Like You” is the friends-to-lovers story of Billy and Brooke that comes with self-discovery, snark, and angst.

They are now forging a new path that neither of them ever expected they would ever have gone down on, but need to following a major loss.

Brooke believed she would get a promotion but her former boyfriend had been a rat and ensured she did not get it, as he replaced her with an inexperienced younger model.

Competing with her ex and buying a vineyard does seem like a good idea for vengeance but former pro baseball player Billy beats her to it. Billy had quit baseball following a career-ending injury way before he was due to retire.

He intends to make the vineyard into a family business and wants someone with experience running it. He believes Brooke would make a great general manager but she is not too keen.
Over a few weeks, he manages to convince her and she accepts as she would have a chance at vengeance over her husband. Soon enough, their passionate encounters result in intimate closeness and Brooke is helpless in trying to resist her boss.

But she cannot help but wonder if the wild attraction would turn into a long-lasting romance.

“Until There Was You” is the beautiful romance story of Genevieve and Wallace. The latter is a little dense as he has no idea how Gene feels about him, even though she has done everything she can to show him her feelings except say the words.

At some point, she had married a man who looked exactly like him since Wallace insisted on only being friends. Of course, she did not love the man and hence they got divorced a few weeks following the wedding.

She now intends to claim Wallace but this could only be possible if he drops the protector and best friend little sister attitude.

It makes for a hilarious, flirty, and fun story with a number of pretty serious moments thrown in that make for a fascinating read.
