About Joe Dispenza

A neuroscientist and internationally recognized public figure, the American writer and scientist Joe Dispenza is well known and highly regarded within the field of neuroscience. This has led to him becoming a highly sought after lecturer in recent years, putting forwards his expertise, whilst teaching countless others on his particular field of study. Over time he has also managed to build a name for himself in the media as well, making a number of appearances on television, including a number of popular chat-shows. Gaining media exposure not just for himself, he has also highlighted issues of the human mind, showing how much potential it has, and what there is yet to explore. Writing a number of books on the subject, he has taught on the subject, making it accessible to numerous members of the public worldwide.

Whilst he doesn’t write fiction or any series as such, he tends to focus on subjects in a more academic context, breaking them down in an easy to manage format. This has led to him becoming an international bestseller, with his books being sold worldwide to people from all backgrounds, regardless of their own education. Continuing to make his presence known both online and off, he will carry on building upon his profile for many years to come.

Early and Personal Life

Starting out in the media, Joe Dispenza would quickly rise to prominence following his appearance in the ‘What The Bleep Do We Know’ documentary and drama film series, beginning in 2004. This would allow him to gain an international audience, quickly rising his stature as an important and noteworthy figure within his field. It would also be the first time that neuroscience would be introduced for much of his audience, taking his work to a whole new level.

Reaching new heights, he would fast become one of the leading authorities on his particular subject, appearing on other films. These would include ‘E-Motion’ in 2014, and ‘HEAL’ in 2017, all of which would help to increase his status, building upon his already prolific profile. He would apply his learning to a number of different practises over the years, taking not just to lecture halls, but the big company boardrooms as well.

Working as a corporate consultant, he has given talks on the power of neuroscience in helping elevate the productivity of workers. This can range from creativity, to productivity and innovation, allowing them become far more profitable and effective in the process. With a lot more to follow in the future, it appears there’s no stopping him, as his career continues on an upwards trajectory from his home in Olympia, Washington.

Writing Career

Becoming a New York Times bestselling author is just one of Joe Dispenza’s many achievements, having reached a vast number of people with his work. Receiving his B.S. From Evergreen State College, he would go on to gain a doctor of chiropractic degree, which he would receive from the Life University. All of this would allow him to become far more adept on his specific field of study, leading to him becoming the much sought after personality that he is today.

Publishing books on the subject of the power of the mind, he has tackled a whole range of different topics, such as the hypothesized ability of the mind to heal the body itself. He would also go on to look at the ability of the individual to change their own mindset and personality, transforming themselves and their own outlook on life. This has led to him becoming a highly vocal figure, looking to speak out on his many subjects, reaching countless readers over the years.

Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself

Initially published through the ‘Hay House’ publishing label, this originally came out in 2012 on the 15th of February. A stand-alone self-help title with an academic foundation, this sets out to break down some core concepts from neurology. It also attempts to makes these as accessible and easy to digest as possible, allowing the general public the benefit of his teachings.

With the subtitle of ‘How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One’, this book is fairly self explanatory in its subject matter. Setting out to explain this in clear and articulate terms, Dispenza goes about breaking this down in an easy and accessible format for the reader. It takes a look at the fundamental nature of reality, explaining how the reader can essentially break it down in the metaphysical quantum sense. This is essentially done through a process known as ‘quantum meditation’, which helps the user to focus who they are and what they want out of life.

You Are The Placebo

Released through the ‘Hay House’ publishing outlet once again, this would also be another stand-alone self-help title as well. Originally published on the 18th of March in 2014, this would offer another hypothesis from Joe Dispenza as a neuroscientist. Guiding the reader throughout, it is easy to take in once again, with a simple format that lays everything out in a clear and concise manner.

Going under the subtitle of ‘Making the Mind Matter’, this sets about looking at how the human mind can counteract harmful physical effects. Whilst it may take a spiritual approach for some, it examines the possibility that the body can heal itself without the need for surgery or drugs. This is to be supplementary to medical care, as he puts forwards his opinion on the subject matter, providing the insight he has gained over the years.

Audio Titles

Over time Joe Dispenza has also managed to produce a number of effective audio pieces, such as his ‘Meditations for Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself’ CD, which he released in 2013. This would be brought out just one year after the release of its companion book, allowing users to feel the benefits of the meditation that Dispenza describes. With this particular CD being set over the course of four-weeks, it would provide a program that readers could find benefiting them and their own life personally. This is why Joe Dispenza has become and continues to be one of the leading figures within his field, and will carry on being so for quite some time yet.
