K.E. Osborn is a USA Today bestselling author that has always been drawn to the written word. Her works are often filled with exciting characters and worlds and everything comes to life as she envelops her readers in her intriguing stories that will make one cry and laugh in turn.
She has made her reputation writing some excellent MC romances, even though she will sometimes venture into other genres as well. She has written novels in the Rom-com, Rock Stars, Sports Romance, Billionaires, and Secret Agents subgenres.
She has said that she loves writing a little bit of everything even though she has had most of her success with the “Houston Defiance MC” and “Chicago Defiance MC” series of novels. She believes this has to do with the fact that she loves sassy heroines, alpha males, and a lot of action in a story.
Like many of her contemporaries, K.E. Osborn developed a love for writing very early on. Nonetheless, even though she loved writing, she ultimately made the decision to study Graphic Design and Advertising at TAFE.
When she graduated, she launched her own website and graphic design business even though she still dreamed of becoming a published fiction author. But it was not until she had a very vivid dream about a couple that met following a three-car pile-up that she started seriously thinking of writing the story.
She published “Trust Me” her debut novel in 2013, a year following her dream and has never stopped since. He now has more than 50 works to her name.
She has been a contributor to series by other authors and has written short stories for at least two anthologies and several single-standing novels among several series of novels.
Osborn first considered herself a writer when she sent out her manuscript to Beta readers and most of them gushed and provided great reviews.
Other than writing, K.E. Osborn has many hobbies even though the main one has to be graphic design which she does for Swish Grafix and Web Design, her small business. She also enjoys training dogs and going to dog shows with Wendy Akitas her aunt.
She loves listening to music, reading, and watching “Adelaide Crows” her favorite team which plays under the Australian Rules football framework.
Osborn is also a huge love of TV and can often be found watching the reality show “Big Brother Australia” and “Home and Away,” the Australian soap opera which has too much manly eye candy.
Other shows she loves include “Warehouse 13,” “Game of Thrones,” “Lost Girl,” “Revenge,” “Grimm,” and “The Vampire Diaries.” As for movies, she is all about the “Avengers,” “Star Trek,” “Iron Man,” and “The Notebook.”
K.E. Osborn’s novel “Explosive” is the first novel of the “Houston Defiance MC” series of novels.
The president of the Houston Defiance MC is Frenzy a man who has always enjoyed the family-oriented nature of club life. He is married to Moonshine ad together they have three kids Koda, Prinie, and Zero.
The latter is the next in line to take over the motorcycle club but never expected it to be so soon. While club life is family-oriented sometimes it does have a brutal side and this shows when the Militia who is their biggest enemy raided the clubhouse and killed Frenzy and Moonshine in front of the kids.
Zero is now the president of the MC and has to maintain a shaky truce with their enemy since both of their leaders died on the fateful day. Prinie is unable to deal with the gruesome events of her parents’ murder and she took Koda her brother and fled.
This is when Rayne is introduced as a severely beaten wife of a police officer. Prinie and Rayne form a friendship to help each other with their troubles. Several months later Zero is back in Chicago to get his family and take them to Houston.
But after seeing the terrible conditions that Zero and Rayne were in he knows he will have to rescue her from the hell she is in.
“Addictive” is a novel by K.E. Osborn that follows the events after the Houston Defiance MC president Zero found Wraith his vice president in a bar. But this meeting was the genesis of Wraith’s addiction as he becomes a full-blown addict.
Zero’s sister Prinie had been through a lot after watching her parents taken out right in front of her. A year later she has come back to find things are still crazy. Zero her brother has just been taken into custody and it does seem that everyone wants him dead.
It may be up to Wraith the club vice president to keep things running smoothly while Zero tries to get out before things become worse. Wraith had a very difficult upbringing that had made him into a killing machine. He knows how to use his hands to kill and also has other very strong appetites.
Prinie is strongly attracted to the man but he keeps pulling back as he does not want to hurt her and lose himself. Moreover, her brother had declared her off limits to MC members and that definitely includes Wraith the VP, who is also his best friend.
It is an excellent story with some sizzling chemistry that came with constant emotions and all manner of surprises.
K.E. Osborn’s novel “Fugitive,” tells the story of former police officer Kevlar who is now a biker on the run. He is heading to New Orleans, where he intends to disappear and escape the attention of some very dangerous men.
On the other hand is Jovie, who is also running from her dangerous family which has led her to New Orleans. They meet either by fate or chance and Kevlar is enamored by Jovie right from the moment of their first meeting.
She is like a ray of sunshine and a breath of fresh air who sparks something incredible in him. However, Kevlar is still dealing with the painful loss of his wife and it is not clear if he is open to loving again.
It is a work full of all manner of turns and twists, heartbreak, chemistry, steam, action, and suspense that tugs at the heartstrings.
