Author Kai Ashante Wilson is an award winner for his work in fiction. His work is from the genre of fantasy. He lives in New York City, New York. He has also had some of his work published in an anthology that was called “Bloodchildren”.

One of his favorite authors is a woman named Margo Lanagan (who writes fiction for young adults and short stories) because of the way she attends to the most painful aspects of life without flinching.

He won a Crawford Award for “The Sorcerer of the Wildeeps”, his first novel that he wrote and had published. He has also been nominated for a Nebula for a story that is titled “The Devil in America”.

“The Sorcerer of the Wildeeps” is the first novel in the “The Sorcerer of the Wildeeps” series and was released in the year 2015. Since Demane (who is an earthbound demigod) left his homeland, he has been given the label of sorcerer. With the artifacts of his ancestor’s in his hand, the Sorcerer is lead by the Captain (who has a great song for a voice and hair that baths in the sunlight, a truly beautiful man). They are both the descendants of the gods that left Earth to go to Heaven, and they will need every gift that the divine ancestors left behind to make sure the caravan brothers stay alive. A necromatic terror stalks the lone safe road that takes people from the oasis in the north to the southern kingdom. Demane might just have to master his wild powers and trade the humanity that he has known for godhood. That is, if he is serious about keeping his captain (whom he cherishes) and his brothers alive.

Fans of the novel found that there is a lot of depth to this story. There is an action packed ending, but it will break the hearts of most who read it. Some found that the story is not for everyone and may leave some confused, without a clue as to what is going on at all. There is a great and intriguing world that is built in the novel and most would like to find out more about it. For those looking for a wonderful story that takes some thinking and some effort on the part of the reader, try out this story.

“A Taste of Honey” is the second novel in the “The Sorcerer of the Wildeeps” series and was released in the year 2016. Well after the Towers departed from the world but before the dragons found their way to Daluca, the emperor made his group of gods and diplomats to a place called Olorum. The royalty has come to discuss trade routes and public services, the divinity wants some arcane assistance from the local gods. Aqib bgm Sadiqi (who has a parent that is Master of Beasts and fourth cousin to the royal family) has more important concerns. Like life and death concerns. A handsome Dalucan soldier (who is named Lucrio) has captured his heart for the first time. He goes against Saintly Canon, servants who gossip, and his father and brother’s disapproval. But he finds that he has been swept up in a big romance. Neither of the two know whether or not their love can survive everything that life can and will throw at them.

Fans of the novel found that the language used in the novel was very strong, distinct, and unique. It is full of imagery and is incredibly smart, but at the same time, it is still simple. Some found themselves dizzied by the ending, and were fascinated throughout the story. There is a lot of complexity and detail to wade through, but it is not bad because the story is so good. Wilson is a superb writer, especially here, and he is able to make anything interesting.

“The Devil in America” is a story that Kai Ashante Wilson wrote and was released in the year 2014. Some years after the Civil War, a family that no one knows anything about, stands up to the reputation that the family has earned over centuries and has chased them. It pursued them out of slavery and into the idyllic peace that they found in a town that is called Rosetree. The consequences of this meeting echo both in the past and in the present tense.

Fans of the novel were unsettled by the strikingly original and very creepy piece. It is highly recommended for fans of stories that will captivate you. It has a lot of terror, mystery, as well as wonder. This is a story that a lot of readers will want to check out for themselves. There is a creative structure here with lovely prose. It is a vivid story, not to mention quite emotional.

“Super Bass” is a story that Kai Ashante Wilson wrote and was released in the year 2013. A man called Gian comes back to Sea-John from the wars of the Kingdom, sure that he has abilities other than destruction, killing, and death. He has to prove that he has love in him that is just as strong, if not stronger, than the hate that he has inside of him. He gets an opportunity from the Summer King. This is a world where three people make up a marriage, not two like it most cultures.

Fans of the story enjoy how strong the story is, with a hint of a love story. There is a sensual and rich prose that is also deeply interior. You seem to be thrown into a landscape, and it is up to you to fill in the blanks, which is nice. You do not have to be hit on the head by the author with a lot of the things that happen, but some is left for you to figure out. There is a description of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder that is one of the best and most lyrical, ever to be put into a story. Some wish there was more to this world, as it has it all and it kept them flipping the pages throughout the story.
