Darkhouse
This is the first book in the Experiment in Terror series. The book was published on 10th March 2012 and has about 346 pages. It’s an excellent horror book and the 22-year old Perry Palomino is the main character. Perry, who finished his college very soon is still suffering from the college syndrome and has been dealing with a quarter crisis in her life. This may be the reason why everyone thinks that something is a bit off about her. Perry Palomino had experienced a very tough and disgusting incident in her life and this is one part of her life she doesn’t want to imagine of ever in her life. Besides this, this young girl sees a lot of ghosts and this is something that is torturing her to the extreme. Her life has therefore become a great disaster despite the tender age of just 22-years.
Even though she is going through this tough condition, she is quite lucky. This is because she sees everything that comes her way in handy when she stumbles across the Dex Foray as a great eccentric producer for the intended webcast on the ghost hunters. She is also drawn into a world that will not only threatens her life, but also seduce her with some sense of importance. All these are possible to her even in the non-existence of the show’s budget and as Dex himself is currently a maddening enigma. This is therefore a condition that makes her very useful despite her challenges in life. After all these, something that was not expected happens as Perry falls in love with a man, who is doesn’t really look like what he seems even though he is seen as most of the dangerous ghost. Perry finds herself in this situation after her uncle’s haunted lighthouse offers the ultimate catalyst and even a backdrop for the mystery that is described to be very horrific. This is what unravels the thread of Perry Palomino’s weakness sanity.

Red Fox
This is the second book of the series that was published 1st March 2012 and has about 324 pages. The novel is a continuation of the pioneer book and therefore Perry Palomino is also the protagonist character. In this book, we find out that the both Perry and Dex are great business partners, who trade on the stormy Oregon coast of the unforgiving deserts of New Mexico.
The setting of the book takes place in the small town of Red Fox, New Mexico. In the town, we find the Navajo couple, who have a serious problem. They are constantly tortured by unknown motives and things that cannot be seen. During the night, they experience a sleepless night as a barrage of stones pound the roof, some wild animals also slink through their house during the night and some mutilated sheep are now turning up on their property. Perry and Dex. who are very busy about their flailing website have made a journey to the desolate locale as they hope to capture some supernatural happenings. They therefore carry with them their camera to finish their job as they are determined to add it to more credibility to their webcast. It is also very evident that it is only their show that has got more a lot of the working compared to the growing pains. In case for the two ghosts to fight the ancients of myths, they must be ready to cooperate with one another.
