Karpov Kinrade is the pseudonym for the wife and husband writing and entertainment duo of Dmytry Karpov and Kimberly Kinrade. Karpov is the last name of Dmytry while Kinrade is the last name of Kimberly.

The writing duo swapped last names when they got married, and when they decided to become authors, it just made sense to use one name for their combined works.

Kinrade is now a bestselling and award-winning author of USA Today bestsellers in addition to writing and directing screenplays, creating art, and making music.

They made their writing debut when they published “Forbidden Mind,” the debut novel of the “Forbidden Trilogy” series in 2011. They now have more than three dozen novels to their name in addition to several single-standing titles.

The authors currently make their home in California wine country, where they do much of their writing, performance, art, and music works.

Kinrade and Karpov first fell in love with each other’s words before they fell for each other. They adore each other and as man and wife, they have three daughters that they love to death.

Since they love stories of all types, they usually write in all manner of genres and even do their stories in movies and television as directors and writers. Through hard work, being organized, and working long hours, they have managed to become some of the most promising names in several genres.

They also make use of an epic marketer and editor in addition to an excellent team of beta readers. They initially started writing and publishing their novels with both their names on the covers.
But after they officially co-wrote their first novel together, they realized that it was less cumbersome to just use one name. This was when they took combined their last names and came up with the pseudonym Karpov Kinrade.

Since they are parents of three small girls they try to do much of their writing while the kids are at school. They usually save the evenings and weekends for family time but often have to break this due to deadlines.

Still, they have some very patient kids who tolerate them when they have to work long hours. They are usually part of their book launches and celebrate them as they are also budding artists and writers in their own right.

Karpov Kinrade’s debut novel “Vampire Girl” has shades of “A Shade of Vampire,” “Twilight,” and “Outlander,” even as it comes with a very original twist on a very ancient story.

It starts by asserting that walking alone is not safe as there is all manner of threats other than humans. In this world vampires, demons and other monsters are very real.

The lead is Arianna Spero, an everyday girl who has a very ordinary life until she is thrown a curveball as her mother lapses into a coma. It turns out that she had made a deal with the devil and he intends to collect on her eighteenth birthday unless she can find another way to save herself.

But the devil is more interested in Arianna than her mother and so she decides to sell her soul while promising to pick a prince of Hell to get betrothed to. Arianna would be taking a blood oath to become a demon, after which she would produce an heir for her prince.
Her mother would live while she would become a princess in Hell. She was expecting misery and pain, fire and brimstone but not magic and beauty or love.

But it does seem there have been secrets kept from her that could destroy everything.

“Midnight Star” by Karpov Kinrade sees Arianna slowly adjusting to her new life as the wife of a Fallen Inferni in Hell. But then she gets kidnapped by the Fae, just as she was getting used to being a princess.

Hell has become more of a home that she no longer longs for Earth. However, she has now been taken by the fae, who tell her that is half High Fae which she never imagined could be possible. Her mother never told her her father was Fae just like she never told her about the deal she had made with the Princes of Hell.

Will she be able to bring peace between the fae and the princess of Hell given how different they are? What makes her task even harder is that the world is in real danger of burning down if nothing is done.

Slowly, everyone, she touches changes for the better as almost everyone falls under her spell of kindness and wisdom.

It is a beautiful story to watch as she tries to transform monsters that intend to use her as a tool to be abused, used, and crushed.
Will she be able to survive her detractors long enough to make a lasting and real difference?

Karpov Kinrade’s novel “Silver Flame” finds Ari and Fen stuck in the massive castle where Fen was once ruler.

He had been overthrown by Levi who soon shows himself a bloodthirsty tyrant. His hatred and lust for Arianna could not be stronger and he showcases it by trying to humiliate her by walking her through the crowds filthy and naked. They get the urgently needed break when a friend helps them to escape.

In the meantime, the Prince of Lust named Dean arrived on the scene with several escapees, and not long after, the dodgy bar they patron is full of paranormal creatures. To induce the owner of the bar to provide them with a safe haven, Ari and Fen offer Sky some mount watering promises.

The bar also promises a lot of adventure and they are sure that they will be meeting a lot of unusual people that might be of help to them in the future.
When Kayla one of their friends learns that Levi is planning to execute Fen and Arianna, she comes out from exile to warn them off. Unfortunately, she almost gets killed before she can get to them.

Luckily he is rescued by a stranger who happens to have plans of selling her to the deranged Metsi or any high bidder.

They will need to work together to survive and fight Levi and his tyranny. But the resistance may have some devastating consequences for all of them.
