Kimberly Brown is a contemporary fiction author born and raised in South Carolina. Her goal is to create stories that readers can imagine in their minds as they flip pages.

The author began writing at a young age but became more vocal when high school. She was lucky to get support from her classmates and later started sharing her work with others.

Kimberly became a focused writer in 2019 and took her step to self-publishing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master’s in mental health counseling.

She likes adding mental health issues in her novels since she feels it’s not adequately addressed in most communities.

I Could Fall in Love

Lavish Chamberlain has always lived a life of pain and disappointment. She cannot recall a day she got love from another person. Lavish feels she is a child of the system and thought she had finally found a lover and a family after she got married to Keith Chamberlain.

However, life with him was something far from the fairytale she had always dreamt of. Now fresh from marriage, she goes to New Orleans to celebrate even with the imminent doom that she would do nothing once she comes back.

Her life takes a different turn immediately; after the night she meets Mitchel Keonig, a filthy wealthy bachelor who gives her a lifetime offer.

Mitchell has lived a privileged life where his father is a famous technical genius with billions of dollars’ worth. However, even with all the riches, he remained a humble man, which he has always insisted the same in his son.

The entire life, Mitchell lived life by his own rules with showoff and being a ladies’ man and has no regrets. When his father threatens to cut him off, Mitchell takes extreme matters to ensure this never happens.

Mitchell is the kind of man who spends all their money on several women. Now he is fed up with his immature behavior and threatens to cut him off if he doesn’t stop his nonsense and settle down with one wife.

He never takes his life seriously and takes everything for granted; after all, he’s the son of a billionaire.

Then Lavish comes into his life, and his world turns different after meeting her. She has just come out of a divorce and is looking for something to clear her mind in an unplanned getaway.

The two bump into each other at a club, and Mitchell admires Lavish instantly. After having a few drinks, Lavish goes to bed single but is married; upon waking up, what they see as a fake marriage changes to something more than they earlier thought.

Mitchell feels attracted to Lavish and wants to protect her from danger. It was easy for him to develop feelings for her, but the same can’t be said regarding his wife. Lavish is in the middle of dealing with a long time of emotional trauma, so she hasn’t gone back to trusting people, Mitchel inclusive.

She has to deal with a lot of emotional, physical, and mental abuse from her last marriage

Having spent most of her life in a foster home with no one to love her, then later into an abusive marriage almost broke her completely. It was so much to endure as a young woman. Can the man who only has grown caring only for himself be able to use her beauty to go on with his plan.

Mitchell was everything that Lavish needed to heal, and she entered his life at a time when he also needed her the most. I Could Fall in Love is a beautiful love story where although Lavish had a tough time growing up and in her previous marriage, she stayed resilient, strong, and resourceful. Everything she ever dreamt of was having a family to call her own, and she lost hope as days passed until she came across Mitchell.

On the other hand, Mitchell was a playboy who never took things seriously and later finds himself drawn to Lavish for reasons he couldn’t understand. Offering her a proposal that she couldn’t resist, Lavish agrees to go on with the plans since she feels she has no other choice.

Later she realizes that she deserves and wants more. She knows that the money offered in the marriage contract is good, but she starts caring more about love, happiness, and having a family.

The two have arguments at the beginning since none of them wants to admit their feelings for one another.

Beyond Measures
Ariyanna Ramirez has never felt the warmth of love in her entire life. She was in a two-year relationship full of heartbreak, and now she has decided to start over. She meets s handsome single father named Simeon Cartwright, and at that point, Ari never thought whether her life could take a different turn.

Their chemistry and romance are off the charts, but not everything they have come easy, so Ari is trying to pay the price. As she tries to fall in love with Simeon, her world steadily crashes around her.

Simeon is a former street guy turned into a single father and a businessman, and his life revolves around his six-year-old- daughter, work, and family. The reason he’s single is that the mother of his daughter ran off six years ago, and Simeon feels interested in the beauty who has come more than baggage.

As he deals with Ari’s drama, he also has his own after his estranged baby mama returns unexpectedly to his life. His drama ranges from deranged ex and murder to Ari and Simeon trying to fight all odds to overcome everything that has come into their life while remaining real to each other.

Can the two make it and have a happy life, or will they be silenced by the burden thrown onto their shoulders?

Sime and Ari were two broken people who chose to lean on each other in the course of healing. Their romance took long before they got to the point they all craved. Who would have even thought their encounter would give birth to romance?

Kimberly uses twists and turns to keep the reader engaged to the last page. She shows how the journey to loving someone is challenging when one loves the other person before loving themselves. In Ari’s case, she didn’t begin by loving herself before loving other people and never valued herself enough to make herself a priority.
