Krista Noorman is the bestselling author of sweet romance, contemporary Christian romance, and young adult novels.
Apart from real-life experiences, she also finds inspiration from movies and books. She has said that she spent most of her life documenting happenings in her everyday life and scribbling in her journals.
However, it was not until she participated in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) that she got the confidence she needed to become a fiction author.
Krista penned “The Truth About Drew” her debut novel in 2014 and has never looked back since. She now has more than half a dozen titles to her name and shows no signs of slowing down any time soon.
She currently makes her home in small-town Michigan where she lives with her two children and her husband. When she is not writing her novels, she can be found enjoying a great cup of coffee and scrolling Instagram feeds.
When Krista Noorman graduated from college, she developed a passion for photography. In 2004, she established her photography business after she shot several candids at the request of her friend who was having a wedding.
It was from this business that she found inspiration for “Goodbye Magnolia,” which she started writing in 2008. In 2009, she penned what would be her very first novel in “The Truth About Drew” during the 2009 NaNoWriMo.
At some point, Krista Noorman found that she was very good at photography and for nearly a decade, she ran the business. It was not until 2012 that she felt she was burning out.
She did not feel that photography was something she wanted to be doing for the rest of her life. Writing novels was what got Noorman’s spirits up and she was convinced that this is what she needed to focus on.
Still, photography helped her to see things clearly like the little details of the weddings including things such as decorations. It also made her better at people-watching and helped her appreciate her family and life more.
She was better able to slow down and stop, sometimes to see the little things that she would then include in her novels.
“Not the Billionaire” by Krista Noorman is the story of Sebastian Schultz. All women are very interested in him is his family’s money and for this reason, he has always loved dating.
Things became very interesting when Genevieve walks into his building ranting about meeting some cold fish not knowing that he is the man she is speaking to.
He is immediately drawn to her sense of humor and beauty and Sebastian cannot resist the opportunity to get to know her.
Since she does not know him, he believes he has an opportunity to try his luck. He pretends to be a Public Relations operative named Kurtis and asks his younger brother to pretend to be the CEO of the company.
Genevieve cannot believe that she landed her dream job. But she does not like that she will be working with Sebastian who has been known to be an unapproachable and distant man in his dealings.
However, she is pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and warm man behind the desk. But they are soon developing some great rapport as Sebastian is turning on the charm.
Genevieve starts fantasizing about the sweet guy from Public Relations who made her heart flutter just being himself. But will, she ever forgive him once the truth comes out?
Krista Noorman’s novel “Who Needs a Billionaire” is a compelling romance novel that follows yet another interesting member of the Schultz family.
Augustus Schultz is the black sheep of his family and has been so for the longest time as he would not leave behind his playboy ways.
But recently he has become interested in putting everything behind him and proving that he could take on more responsibilities in the family business.
His father still does not trust him and asks him to step away meaning that he now needs to work hard to convince everyone that he has changed his ways.
On the other hand, is a woman named Merritt Christiansen who works to make women feel confident and pretty. She has also been working hard on her cosmetics business, which is just about to go global.
Unfortunately, she is denied funding and scrambles to find an alternative, however, crazy it may be. Augustus asks if she would be ready to enter into a fake marriage contract so that he can clean his image in front of his own family.
Given that she is respectable and brilliant, his family would be more likely to believe it. Since they have never been able to stand each other, Merrit thinks the man must be insane.
But she needs the money for her international expansion and has to reluctantly accept.
