Author Kristine Allen realized her dream of becoming a contemporary romance writer after spending years reading books like they were going out of style and having her own stories running rampant through her mind.

She also works as a nurse, but in some stolen moments, taps out her storylines and ideas until they culminate in plots and characters which pull her readers in and keep them entranced for hours at a time.

Kristine gets inspired by so many things and from a lot of places, but her number one place for inspiration is music.

“Make Music With Me” is the first novel in the “Straight Wicked” series and was released in the year 2018. Levi is the lead singer for Straight Wicked, only the hottest rock band in years. Every woman wants to be her muse. However that position is filled already. Anger, heartbreak, lust, love…every word she sings is for Poppy. Except she doesn’t belong to Levi.

Poppy used to be her brother’s woman, however now she is drowning in grief and Levi soullessly plotting. She wants Poppy to see her and wants her to hear the music Levi’s making. Wants her to know the words Levi is singing.

She should really feel guilty what she is about to do, yet she doesn’t. She really needs to move on and Levi needs to breathe once more. Levi’s a substitute for nobody. Her name is Levi MacKenzie and she is in love with her brother’s fiance.

“Snare My Heart” is the second novel in the “Straight Wicked” series and was released in the year 2019. Autumn and Dominick Dominick Salvatore is the drummer for Straight Wicked. Every woman wants to be the one that he selects for the night. After all, he’s got the reputation for being a rock star on stage and in bed. Except for her. Challenge accepted.

Now Autumn is begging for his help, however she’s got no idea she is about to make a deal with the devil. He wants her in his bed, and he wants her to marry him. He wants her to have his babies.

Dominick should really feel wrong for what he is about to do, but he doesn’t. She needs a marriage of convenience with an expiration date. He doesn’t really plan on letting her go. Dominick is in love with a woman that hates him.

Fans of the novel loved everything about Autumn and Dominick’s story and found they could not put the book as a result. These characters are incredibly supportive of one another and make a family within their tight knit circle.

“Lock and Load” is the first novel in the “Demented Sons MC Texas” series and was released in the year 2019. Lock is the Sergeant-At-Arms for the Demented Sons MC. One year ago his whole life went to shit, and every priority that he had was changed. Being a single father on the run wasn’t ever on his radar, however that was just the hand he got dealt. He never thought things could get any worse.

Then fate dumped this raven haired beauty into his lap, and all hell broke loose. Attempting to keep his two year old daughter and the hot mess of a woman alive while he still protects his club threw his adrenaline right into overdrive. Strung tight, with danger coming at them from every direction, he faltered. That was the one excuse Lock had for what happened next.

“Hooking” is the first novel in the “Iced” series and was released in the year 2020. Hooking is when a player impedes the progress of an opponent by “hooking” him with his stick.

Alex Kosinski plays left wing for the Austin Amurs. Hooking was his penalty, it is never something he sets out to do, yet it happens. It’s hockey after all. Hockey is life. Getting traded might’ve been a kick in the nuts, but he was still playing the game at least. That’s all that mattered. Until Sydney.

Cameron McGregor is the center for the Austin Amurs. Tripping is his penalty. He never sets out to do it, yet it still lands him two minutes in the box each and every time. Hockey is his life blood, he sleeps, eats, and bleed hockey. Being selected to play for the Amurs was his dream come true. Hockey, money, and women. He didn’t anything else. Until Bleu.

She absolutely hated hockey players, but he still did not care, because come hell or high water, he’d change her mind. Cameron had convinced her to let him in before he messed it all up. It looked bad, honestly. But then, instead of just fixing it, he made it even worse. Now he’ll have to figure out a way to win her back. He is not going to walk away from what he loves.
