Attending Vanderbilt University, she would gain an English Literature degree, which would soon see her on her way to becoming a full-time writer. Drawing inspiration from other writers as well as from her own experiences, she would put all of her creativity back into her her writing and stories. Currently living in Georgia, America, she lives with her husband and their three children, and is constantly searching for her next big idea.

Writing Career

Starting out her literary career back in 2016, Lucy Lennox would begin with the novel ‘Borrowing Blue,’ which was also the first in the ‘Made Marian’ series of novels. Other series that she’d go on to write would include ‘Forever Wilde,’ ‘Aster Valley,’ and ‘Hostile Takeover.’ As well as this, she would also write alongside fellow authors such as Sloane Kennedy, Molly Maddox, and May Archer.

Over the duration of her writing career she’s also won several awards, including the ‘A.C. Katt Gay Debut Novel Award.’ Along with this she’s also proven herself to be commercially successful as well, becoming a USA Today bestselling author as well. Made Mine

Originally brought out in 2018 on the 31st of August, this would be the eighth book in the long-running ‘Made Marian’ series of romance novels. Written alongside fellow author Sloane Kennedy, it would come out on the Kindle publishing platform for an already eager audience. These books can be read as stand-alone titles, but returning readers will find a lot to enjoy if they’ve read the ‘Protectors’ series by Sloane Kennedy, and the ‘Made Marian’ novels by Lucy Lennox.

Supposedly an easy job to do, Reese finds that he may be in for more than he first expected, as he deals with a mugging, thugs, and a blackmail scheme. Then along comes Ben, a gamer-geek who he feels is lost, as Ben attempts to help his little sister Georgie who finds herself immersed in blackmail. As a protector to Ben, Reese and Ben find each other, as they attempt to overcome the obstacles that are now in their way. Can they both manage this together, will they be able to help Georgie, and what will happen as they both claim each other as ‘made mine?’

The series itself is thematically centered around protectors helping each other out, and typically falling for each other. It’s an LGBT themed series, with male leads, and is a must for fans of the romance genre, as well as fans of Lucy Lennox as well. The story itself is strong, combining suspense, romance, and lots of family drama, keeping it fresh and exciting the whole way.

His Saint

First published in 2018 on the 5th of November, this would be the fifth book in the ‘Forever Wilde’ series of novels. Each book is a stand-alone, as they all follow on from each thematically, as it takes place in Hobie, Texas, following the Wilde family. The novels themselves can be read as stand-alone novels, and the series itself is aimed at adults with its extremely passionate romance.

Taking self-defence lessons after a home-invasion, Augie meets the muscle-bound former Navy SEAL Saint who will teach him. As the two of them have a chemistry, Augie begins to find his life is becoming increasingly complicated, with the threats against him increasing. After being sent back to his home-town, Saint wants to help Augie, but he seems too scared to reveal what’s really going on. Will they be able to work through it all together, can they become an item, and what will become of Augie and his Saint?

An easy-going romance novel, there’s plenty to enjoy here, as it provides a fun and engaging story with a lot to offer. The relationship is extremely well handled, as the reader really feels for them both, becoming fully invested in their outcome. It’s well paced too, with the narrative being intricately woven, making for a story that’s extremely easy to follow, yet difficult to put down.
