Strangers in the Desert is the first book in the romantic book series the Al Dhakir Brothers. If you love a steamy romance set in an exotic place, you will love this book. The Desert King thought that he lost his wife Isabella many years ago. He has been convinced that she was dead– and would have continued to believe so if she had not just casually waltzed back into his life in front of his eyes.

The timing could not be worse, even though he is happy to see that she is alive (if not a bit shell-shocked because the Sheikh Adan totally thought that she was dead. Now she is here on the evening that he is to be wed to another woman. If that were not enough, he is about to be crowned the king. And if he is King, then it is Isabella who will be his Queen. As such, she must share the throne with him as well as his royal bedchambers and bed quarters.

The Sheikh Adan still cannot quite believe that Isabella is alive after all. By law, she is the one to be by his side reigning over the desert kingdom. But he thought that there would still be a trace resemblance in the girl that he knew, once pure and dutiful. That girl is gone and in her place is a woman is sultry and defiant and makes his blood run way hotter than it should. And the strangest thing of all is that this new woman has absolutely no memories left of every being his wife.

Can the Sheikh be able to get through to this woman who has taken over the body of someone that he thought he knew? Isabella used to be his everything, and now she has come back to him from the dead, rising out of the afterlife to resume the flesh once more. But will this sultry temptress be his undoing or his greatest glory? You’ll have to read Strangers in the Desert to find out.

Marriage Behind the Facade is the second book in the Al Dhakir Brothers series. Sydney Reed always dreamed of becoming royalty and being named a princess in distant lands. But when she is summoned to the desert, she can’t really believe that the hot Sheikh Malik would want to marry her, even if it were for convenience. But it seems that is the case.

The fantasy seems to end and she believes that Sheikh Malik has kicked her back to reality and she actually needs his signature on the papers to get divorced. The sexy sheikh has his own ideas about that, and it turns out the law backs him up. They must spend forty days in the same space as man and wife before Syndey will be able to get rid of him. But in the desert, he has the power and will make sure that their forty nights together are full of romance. Can she resist her husband? Pick up this steamy novel to find out.
