Myers like blue-corn tortilla chips so much that not even a single day goes by when she doesn’t enjoy her favorite snack. Myers was a ventriloquist-magician for 5 years. When she was in the first semester of her college, she was told by her English teacher that she didn’t have any aptitude for writing. But shortly after, Myers won a writing contest organized by Mademoiselle magazine and proved her teacher wrong. Winning this contest also enabled Myers to have her first national publication in the literary world. The highest point of her writing career came when Myers won the Shamus Award. She believes that there is much to come as she has a lot more interesting stories to offer to her readers. As of now, author Myers is busy developing the next novel of her career.
