Mark R. Levin is a talk radio show host, and political commentator best known for his philosophical writing and his radio show on WABC New York. His highly rated show has been syndicated all across the United States, which has made him a household name.

He has also made a name for himself as one of the top emerging voices writing on conservative politics. It was a quick rise to the top for Levin as his WABC radio show would go to the top on AM dial within his first one and half years on air. This was even more impressive given that it was on the very competitive 6:oo PM to 8:00 PM slot.

In 2005, he published his debut work “Men in Black,” which would rise to become number three on the New York Times bestselling list. He was so popular that his novel was endorsed by some of the biggest conservative commentators in Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh.
In very short order, he would become one of the most listened to radio Talk show hosts in the United States.

Before Mark R. Levin started working at WABC, he was the host of a popular Sunday afternoon program but nothing as huge as his new talk show.
According to Phil Boyce, who was then the Program Director at WABC, he had proven that he was witty, smart and fast on the draw. He would often employ his sarcastic and very sharp wit to stun almost any opponent and after a while nobody even dared to debate him.

Mark R. Levin’s “Rescuing Sprite” is the story of anguish and joy of life with a rescue dog. It is a powerful and intimate story of his family and the dog who was taken away from them too soon. While Mark is best known as a nationality syndicated podcaster and constitutional lawyer, he loves to style himself as a dog lover.

The family welcomed Pepsi, a half Cocker Spaniel and half Border Collie, into their home after adopting him from the local shelter. They would later find out that the dog was older than they had been told even as he was one of the most beautiful dogs in the neighborhood.

The dog which they would name Sprite would change their lives forever. Pepsis and Sprite would form a great friendship as they would do everything together including loudly greeting the delivery man and rummaging through the trash.

Mark Levin is a proponent of individual liberty and his exploration of each philosopher has to be looked at from the perspective of the conclusion he wants to make. He asserts that while the US was founded on individualism and freedom, it was slowly but surely moving towards making everyone cogs in a system.
Still this is a work that can be read by anyone regardless of political leanings. It will provide a better understanding of why conservatives believe individual liberty results into a more productive and self-balancing society.
