Early and Personal Life

Born in 1973 on the 30th of August, Nina George was born and raised in Bielefeld, Germany, where she would spend her formative years. Interested in writing from an early age, she would drop out of school early at the age of fourteen, working in a variety of catering establishments. Over the years, though, she would concentrate on her writing and her style, refining it and progressing over time, coming into her own as a writer.

Whilst she may have taken time out of school at an early age, she quickly made up for it with experience, becoming a freelance journalist in 1993. Making a name for herself straight-away she would go on to fast establish herself as a definite figure to watch within the industry. Over time she would also sharpen her skills as a writer, continually developing all the time, as she moved ever closer to becoming a full-time novelist and releasing novels for a global audience.

She would also come to teach writing as well, giving lectures on the craft, as she would impart her knowledge to other aspiring writers. Highly adept at a variety of different writing styles, she has been able to apply herself to a whole host of different writing schools as well. This would allow her to also apply a variety of different styles when writing too, as it would enable her to evolve her writing overall in the years to come.

Currently writing to this day, she continues to put out work at a regular pace, as she maintains a highly visible presence both online and off. Living with her husband Jen J. Kramer, who is also a well regarded writer, they both live together in the city of Hamburg, Germany. With a lot more set to come in the years to follow, it appears that she isn’t stopping any time soon either, as plenty more titles are set for release on the horizon.

Writing Career

A highly vocal spokesperson for both her and her craft, she continues to write full-time for an ever expanding audience. This enables her to reach a worldwide audience as her work has been translated into several different languages. This looks set to carry on into the foreseeable future, as her writing career grows from strength-to-strength for some time yet.

Writing everything from crime to romance, Nina George is a highly versatile author with a lot to offer. Not producing series as such, she is thematically consistent, with many of her books being set in France with a certain air of romance. Getting heavily invested in her characters as well is also an admirable trait of hers, as she able to inhabit the minds of her protagonists, getting the most out of them.

Not just writing bestselling novels, she has also written award winning titles as well, with many of them being nominated. Translated all across the world too, she is appreciated globally on an international scale as well as a national one.
