Rachel Jonas is a bestselling author of dystopian fiction, urban fantasy, paranormal romance, new adult romance, and young adult fantasy fiction.
The author was born in Michigan and from her childhood, she always had a love for reading and storytelling.

Jonas published “The Genesis of Evangeline” her debut novel in 2017 and has never looked back since. She now has more than eighteen titles to her name spread across more than four series of novels.

In addition to the many hours that she spends typing away at the keyboard, she is passionate about many other things. Rachel is an avid reader, mother of three, wife, and gamer who loves all things Sims.

She has said that writing will always be her first love even if she has several other secret skills. In interviews, she has asserted that she designs book covers as a hobby and for her books, she sings and also writes poetry.

Given that she is a nerd, she often finds herself fantasizing about participating in a Tetris tournament.

Jonas has been writing for a very long time and always knew that she wanted to pursue a career as a professional author.

She got started telling stories as a child, when she would play out elaborate wth her Barbie dolls rather than put down the stories on paper.

It was in 2006 that Rachel Jonas finally thought it was time she started working toward achieving her dream of becoming an author. But she would only write one chapter before she gave up as she found it was not an easy task.

It was in 2009 that she finally managed to write a complete manuscript for a full-length novel. She initially did 120,000 words which would turn into a 600,000-word series that she would publish under a pseudonym.

At that moment she does not know what happened but everything clicked and she could not stop the story from flowing from her head and onto the page.

As for her inspiration, Rachel Jonas has said that much of it comes from music. When she was writing “The Genesis of Evangeline” story now under her real name, she used to listen to a lot of music that carried her through the story.

In fact, the soundtrack that most influenced her writing can be found at the end of the novels where readers can check it out. Another huge source of inspiration has to be the many movies that she watches.

Many are the times when she has taken a scene and spun it around to produce an original story or plotline that she then writes into a bestselling story.
For this reason, she always has a notebook in hand as you can never know when inspiration will strike.

Rachel Jonas’ novel “The Golden Boys” introduces West Golden a man hard to resist but easy to hate. His pretty face has fooled many people as he is not the type that you could trust with your heart and he is no boy next door.

He is a charming devil in designer clothing that could be classified as a bona fide psychopath. He swears that Blue Riley has done something to cross him yet she has not even stepped onto the threshold of Cypress Prep.

She knows how much of a bully he can be and that she hardly stands a chance against him. But she is not going to take it all lying down and is determined to give as good as she gets.

West too will not relent and makes her his target. Given that he is the biggest football star in town, no one has ever been that dring in going against him. He has the status, money, and loyalty of his football brothers which makes him almost untouchable.

However Blue knows that no man is infallible and sometimes it is all bluster. Whenever she looks into his eyes, she can plainly see that the man has one weakness – Blue Riley.

It does seem that Blue may just be the person that takes him down in something of an inside job.

“Never His Girl” by Rachel Jonas is the brilliant follow-up to the Kings of Cypress Prep series of novels.

With echoes of “One Tree Hill” and “Gossip Girl,” it is a beautiful romance novel full of angst, that will have you thumbing through the pages with anticipation.

For Blue Riley, the football star and playboy West Golden is dead to her. Nothing can turn off a woman worse than a leaked sex tape.

West had released a sex tape of her and the cocky quarterback who she has been butting heads with since they first joined Cypress Prep.

West is king at the school but all she can see is a man that is wicked to the core and who is out to destroy her reputation. He sees her as a plaything and is gleeful thinking that he has finally won against his most formidable opponent yet.

However, the saying that hell hath no fury than a woman scorned may come back to bite him in the rear. She is going all out to take him out once and for all.

Rachel Jonas’ novel “Forever Golden” sees West Golden transform into Blue Riley’s protector. The cocky football player she once wanted to kill is the one she has trusted with her heart as she believes he is the one.

They are living in a city full of dark secrets and corruption and they can hardly know who to trust. Things have become even more complicated, particularly with Vin going on the warpath and issuing threats.

Vin has been slowly but steadily increasing his influence and power at Cypress Pointe. With limitless power, Blue has to fight very hard to keep her family safe.

The good thing is that they can find comfort in their circle of loyal friends since Vin never counted on how much they love each other. Vin is about to get a tough lesson on why you should never cross the queen of a beloved king.
