Ramona Richards is a respected author, editor, and published writer.

She says that she comes from a line of storytellers in her famiy. Richards can recall growing up sitting with her relatives on their front porch where she would hear them talk about yarns. Aunts, uncles, and grand parents and her parents were there. The types of stories that would disturb your sleep, and shew anted to do this for a living after that, naturally.

She really enjoys stories as well as books and appreciates all readers and listeners. Ramona recounts that she has been blessed to be able to have the chance to spend her entire life around these types of people. She is no an editor, writer, and speaker.

Richards has written for different publishing companies, including writing a devotional book about her quilts and those she inherited from her mother titled My Mother’s Quilts. She has also written novels in the fiction of small time crown, including her book Murder in the Family. She has also written for Love Inspired Suspense, as well as Abdingdon and Barbour Books.

Richards also serves as an associate publisher for Iron Stream Media. She has been editor for various magazines and has freelanced for over a dozen publishers. She has also edited over five hundred publications, including those for fiction, trade nonfiction, poetry, scripts, magazines, study guides, how-to manuals, and curriculum. She will write or edit anything and also serves as a speaker at writer;s conferences as wellla s women’s groups. She says that she is a music nut, a film buff, and the type of person who is fun to eat a burger with.

Richards is the author of different series, the true crime Star Cavanaugh series and the Jackson’s Retreat series of fictional novels.
