Told in 1st person from Kansas viewpoint, this story takes you through the Bahamas, Cuba, and eventually Central America. It is hard to resist these love boys charm and wish they would make better choices when picking their clients. Michael Reisig has done a good job with pacing the story and bringing the different characters to life.

Here, they also meet some lovely women before returning to Marathon for some good time with their other women. The boys later travel on another floatplane to Mexico, Central and South America, and Bolivia. The boys’ plane crashes in the Nicaraguan river, but somehow, they survive and return to Fantasy Fest.

Throughout their journeys, Kansas and Will have to dodge evil treasure hunters, the yacht-stealing Cuban, his Brazilian wife, and cruel bar owners. Their complicate love-lives do not help the situation much. The author takes time to describe the islands with all its landmarks, and you will feel like you are right there with Kansas and Will, chasing adventures even when they come at a cost. Aside from capturing the Caribbean and Key West flavor and feel in the 1980s, the author has maintained the humor throughout the story. You will find yourself maniacally giggling at all the funny episodes and captivated by yet another complicated romance as the boys’ search for true love.

There is something about these wild adventures that will keep you glued to the pages. The duo’s hilarious encounters with crazy friends and villains fill every page, so you never have to endure a dull moment.
