Ron Ripley is a horror fiction author fromNew England that has over the years become one of the most popular in the genre. Ron loves writing military history and horror fiction even though much of his work is in horror.

The author, who was born in the cold reaches of New England, spent much of his childhood across from what was a large cemetery that always gave him a scare every night. Much of the terror was from the red light that most relatives adorned the headstones of the graves with.

He made his debut when he published “The Blood Contract” in 2015. He now has more than fifty novels to his name alongside several more collections that he has written over the years.

When he is not writing his novels, he can be found taking military history with anyone that can listen including his family.

“Berkley Street” by Ron Ripley opens to Shane Ryan back in Nashua, as he relieves the memories of his childhood, before he left to become a marine.
Following a long legal battle with his uncle and aunt, he managed to get back the family home from where his mother and father had gone missing more than two decades past.

It is a massive castle full of secrets and ghosts that seems more alive than the people that live in it.

Things get interesting when his uncle and aunt who were visiting go missing and Shane’s life becomes more complicated. He finds himself the prime suspect and he now has to try to hunt for clues about his parents disappearance.

However, there is something under the surface and lurking outside the walls. It is something which has haunted him since childhood and seems upset that he has come back.

Ron Ripley’s novel “The Lighthouse” sees Shane Ryan make a comeback as he tries to resolve the case of unwanted apparitions at the lighthouse on the island. The island has just been purchased by Marie’s cousin, who was introduced in the first novel of the series.

Given that the man had committed suicide soon afterwards, she had been granted the authority to repair the reputat ion of ghosts and deaths happening on the island. She contacts Shane asking him for help trying to rid the place of the abnormal things that had been happening there.

The ghosts have been there for years and have a foothold they will not so easily give up. It is a thrilling and fast paced paranormal story that moves along at a fast clip.

“The Town of Griswold” by Ron Ripley sees Shane Ryan the ghost hunter needing a break. He is now spending some time in a small town in New England when he suddenly finds himself in a deadly game of cat and mouse with a vicious ghost, known for preying upon unsuspecting tourists.

Shane has seen his fair of ghosts but he could not be any more unprepared for the malevolent spirit on his trail. Abel Latham has been stalking hapless victims in the town of Griswold before torturing them to death.

The police typically do not notice when people go missing until some tourist brothers disappear and soon after their trucks dotted and splattered with blood is found.

While Shane is shaken by the dreadful crimes and deprived life of his adversary his mission is to end the reign of terror while hoping he wont fall victim to his mark.

   I love all the books with Shane Ryan in them even if he is just making a guest appearance to help out. I would love the reading order of all the books with Shane Ryan in them because I’m reading the last book in the soul master and realize Juacinta is dead, but was alive in the last book of Shadow King. I would really appreciate the assist.

       Dern it! I made a mistake. She didn’t die in this series. I’m trying to figure out which book is next since Ron’s SR stories don’t go in chronological order. It’s so frustrating! Which book did SR become able to rip ghosts to death with his bare hands?

     I am curious as well. I have gone back and started rereading the series in hopes of finding where her death happened. Unless Mr.Ripley is going to elaborate on her passing in a later story?
