CU Hockey is a dynamic romantic series from talented writer Saxon James along with Eden Finley! This series first became available to readers in 2020 with the publication of the debut novel, titled Power Plays & Straight A’s. It would be followed by the fun Face Offs & Cheap Shots. Power Plays & Straight A’s is the first novel in the CU Hockey series by Saxon James and Eden Finley. Follow along with main character Foster Grant as he navigates his life on a personal and romantic level.

The one thing that Foster’s brother asked of him was to avoid hitting on Zach. Foster was supposed to look out for him, and he feels like the mission will be easy enough to stick to. Make sure the guy’s doing fine and avoid putting his hands anywhere near him. Sounds easy enough to accomplish.

Foster may have thought that Zach was a little bit cute underneath all that nerdy exterior, but that doesn’t matter. He’s promised his brother he wouldn’t go there and he’s not thinking with the stick this year. He doesn’t have time for that. Foster doesn’t need any distractions and can’t in fact afford to have any. He needs to stick to the ice and not let anything get in his way, least of all Zach. For his part, Zach’s confused by Foster. He seems to be everywhere that Zach goes on campus. The weird thing is that they’ve barely spoken to each other, so he doesn’t get it and can’t figure out what he’ll do next.

Zach’s starting to develop feelings for Foster, but will the hockey player feel the same way? Even if he does like Zach, will Foster turn away when he finds out he’s a virgin?
