CU Hockey is a dynamic romantic series from talented writer Saxon James along with Eden Finley! This series first became available to readers in 2020 with the publication of the debut novel, titled Power Plays & Straight A’s. It would be followed by the fun Face Offs & Cheap Shots. There is plenty of romance to go around in this series, so check it out and see what you think!

Power Plays & Straight A’s is the first novel in the CU Hockey series by Saxon James and Eden Finley. Follow along with main character Foster Grant as he navigates his life on a personal and romantic level.

The one thing that Foster’s brother asked of him was to avoid hitting on Zach. Foster was supposed to look out for him, and he feels like the mission will be easy enough to stick to. Make sure the guy’s doing fine and avoid putting his hands anywhere near him. Sounds easy enough to accomplish.

Foster may have thought that Zach was a little bit cute underneath all that nerdy exterior, but that doesn’t matter. He’s promised his brother he wouldn’t go there and he’s not thinking with the stick this year. He doesn’t have time for that. He should be focusing on hockey and hockey alone– that’s the only stick that he has time for. If he does well, he can stay on track to go pro and get a contract to play with the NHL.

Foster doesn’t need any distractions and can’t in fact afford to have any. He needs to stick to the ice and not let anything get in his way, least of all Zach. For his part, Zach’s confused by Foster. He seems to be everywhere that Zach goes on campus. The weird thing is that they’ve barely spoken to each other, so he doesn’t get it and can’t figure out what he’ll do next.

Zach’s starting to develop feelings for Foster, but will the hockey player feel the same way? Even if he does like Zach, will Foster turn away when he finds out he’s a virgin? Read this romance novel to find out what happens between the two of them and whether Foster can stay focused on the hockey rink or whether Zach may prove to be too much of a distraction!

Face Offs & Cheap Shots is the second novel in the CU Hockey series written by Eden Finley and Saxon James. If you liked the first novel and all of the romance, check out the second story in this series to find out what happens next!

Jacobs has been obsessed with hockey for as long as he can remember. He’s breathed the sport for the past three years, working and practicing hard to try and get to become team captain. But the only thing that is between him getting the position is T.J. Beckett, his teammate.

The coaches seem to think that there’s something to him. Jacobs can’t relate to whatever it is they see. Beck seems immature and just careless, and ever since they met back in freshman year Jacobs has had an intense dislike for the guy. The captain spot is going to be left to the team to vote on, and they think that it’d be better to have the two fight it out in challenges to get it.

Jacobs doesn’t want to spend time with Beck, who he still finds annoying. Beck doesn’t care that Jacobs hates him, because he thinks this guy needs to seriously loosen up in general. Beck’s plan is to win the challenges and be the hockey captain. If it irritates Jacobs to no end, that’s just a bonus.

Beck is not going to hold himself back and he’s going to give everything that he’s got to winning this spot and being the big hockey man around campus. Which one of them will get the coveted spot? Will their animosity turn into something else? Read this book to find out!

Goal Lines & First Times is the third book in the CU Hockey series by Saxon James and Eden Finley. If you love romance, check these books out!

Cohen’s never thought about his sexuality. But when he makes out with his best friend, apparently that means that you might be gay. Or at the very least bisexual. Apparently this was common information to everyone but him, but now that he is aware that this may mean he’s not straight, Cohen is reliving that moment over and over in his head.

He’s used to being in denial, but now this awareness is making him extremely confused. Cohen decides that he’s going to go on a dating app and at least try to adjust to this new normal for himself. He’s not anticipating meeting anyone that he likes, but then Cohen sees this new guy.

While he is the polar opposite of Cohen, there’s something to him. He doesn’t like hockey, he’s intelligent, and he identifies as something that Cohen has never even heard of called ‘demi’. But can he get Seth to meet up in person so that they can see if sparks fly? Or is Seth just too scared to put himself out there and find out that their connection isn’t the same as it was online? Read this romance to find out!
