Stacey Marie Brown is a lover of hot fictional bad boys and sarcastic heroines that kick a lot of butt as they shred your heart. She also enjoys travel, books, hiking, television shows, design, writing, and archery. Stacey swears up and down that she is part gypsy, being lucky enough to travel and live all around the world.

She grew up in Northern California, where she ran around her family farm, riding horses, raising animals, playing flashlight tag, and turning hay bales into the coolest forts. Stacey does a fantastic job developing these characters, and readers loved the way she keeps the suspense and the tension building between Ember and Eli.

“Fire in the Darkness” is the second novel in the “Darkness” series and was released in the year 2013. It has been four weeks since Ember Brycin witnessed what her powers are truly capable of. The Electrical Current Storm has turned Seattle into a natural disaster zone. The death toll is into the thousands with a lot of others hungry and homeless. And Ember’s the one that caused it, something she’s gotta live with her every day.

Those people that weren’t able to escape either live in shelters or turned quickly into gangs. Ember can’t do either though, since she has a price on her head and a Dark Dweller pursuing her, she is always on the move. Both Dark and Light hunt for her their own purpose to use her as a pawn or weapon in the war between the Seelie Queen of the Light and the Unseelie King of the Dark.

She needs help but doesn’t know who she can trust: Torin, who is the Seelie Queen’s personal knight and who swore to keep Ember safe? Lars the mystery guy Torin told her she can find? “Savage Lands” is the first novel in the “Savage Lands” series and was released in the year 2020. About twenty years after the barrier separating the Otherworld and Earth fell during the Fae Wars, Budapest balances on the precipice. “Wild Lands” is the second novel in the “Savage Lands” series and was released in the year 2021. Brexley has endured starvation and she’s survived being tortured and even Warwick Farkas, that savage legend that still haunts her like a ghost, spilling into her life and thoughts. His betrayal made her a prisoner of the gorgeous Fae Lord of Budapest, named Killian.

With Killian, her life takes another unforeseen twist, something that’s going to change the fragile alliance between the fae and the humans, and Brexley finds she is caught in the middle. As the weeks go by, she also learns that Killian is not the malicious leader she was told he was. Spending more time together, their relationship shifts. But when one old acquaintance shows up, she’s given the opportunity to escape the sexy fae leader, and her whole world explodes.
