Stephanie Queen is a romantic suspense, new adult romance, and general romance novelist that has recently been gravitating toward thrillers. She has been known for writing stories full of adventure, complications ad love as that is the type of story that she has always found exciting.

Stephanie Queen makes her home with her husband in New Hampshire in an empty house since their sons are all grown and have left home. Much of the time, she is usually writing snappy and happy romances.

When she is not writing her novels she can be found watching the University of Connecticut basketball and football games. Stephanie can also be found sometimes heading to the gym since she wants to be able to fit through the door.

Writing is something that Stephen Queen has always loved to do ever since he was in the second grade. It all began when the Nuns of Sacred Heart School offered their students the opportunity at fame. She took the chance and wrote her short story which was the winner of the story contest and finally made it into the school newsletter.

It was her introduction to publishing and over the years she wrote all manner of stories for fun and in school, most of which were happily ever afters.
After she was done with high school, she put writing on the back burner as she went to college and then got married. She would then head to Harvard University where she got a master’s degree before working all manner of jobs.

Some of the jobs that she has worked include desk jockey and math teacher all of which made it impossible to have time for writing.

Stephanie is now a USA Today bestselling author with more than fifty novels to her name and several more novellas. Apart from her novels, she is also a speaker on subjects such as writing publishing, and writing. She has spoken at workshops, conferences, and libraries and teaches novel writing classes.
She loves hearing from her fans and readers and is known to write back whenever she gets an email from one of her many readers across the globe.

Stephanie Queen’s novel The Throwbacks is a refreshing and fun murder mystery that comes with steamy sexual tension and is thick with conflict. At the opening of the novel, David is working in the Boston Police Department where he is on loan from Scotland Yard.

The real story is that he has been accused of killing a man that murdered his wife and his superiors believed it was better he spent time in the U.S. while they resolve things. He is something of a dandy, a perfect gentleman that is often the only one with a suit in a room.

Even as David is trying to salvage his career and solve a murder he gets interested in Grace. The latter is a stubborn interior decorator that manages to convince him that she is best placed to decorate the townhouse he just rented.

She ends up moving wearily after him in her very high heels, falls all over him, and puts herself in danger while she gets in his way.

David has been unable to protect his wife and is wary about letting another woman into his life. He thinks that his career is too dangerous to let any woman get close enough. But Grace will not let him off that easy.

The Hot Shots by Stephanie Queen introduces interior decorator Sophia Alano who is about to be granted her own TV show. But on the eve of filming her debut episode Grace Young her boss and friend request that she head to Logan Airport.

She is to meet a British police officer and keep him entertained for a few hours. According to Young, the man who is coming in from Boston has been part of the Exchange program between the Scotland Yard and the Boston Police Department.

Since David Young, her husband runs the program and they have a romantic evening planned, Sophia is asked to keep the man busy for him. But the thing is Chauncey Miller has not been sent to Boston as part of an exchange program between intelligence programs.

He has been sent to Boston as his life has been threatened by a terrorist whose brother he shot in a recent incident. Soon after they realize that the terrorist has flown to the US too, and has used his contacts in Scotland Yard, to learn about Chauncey’s whereabouts.

Pixie is unaware that this is a deep cover operation and when Miler realizes his enemy is in town he tries to protect both of them.

Stephanie Queen’s novel The Romantics is the story of Joe whose boss needs him to go to England. He is to protect a Royal cousin that also happens to be related to the boss. He has never been one to be assigned babysitting duties like these but he is not going to turn down this one.

When he arrives in the British capital he finds that he will be protecting Lady Veronica. He also needs to convince her that she needs protection and that her father was murdered.

But when he meets her he is intrigued and the sparks fly between the innocent and young royal and the big bad American. Having a romance with her is going to be tough given that she is royalty and all that. Moreover, how is he going to work with her and keep his hands to himself?

From the moment he takes her back home and they find her house has been ransacked, it is s story full of twists and turns. Her life is full of danger as her enemy is relentless in his quest to make her life miserable.

Stephanie has a wonderful touch with some great characters that will keep her readers chuckling. Joe sees Veronica his charge as a delicate young woman and the author plays it up by adding a touch of Regency that makes for a great story.
