Stephanie Rose
Stephanie Rose is a mom, a wife, a badass New Yorker, and a lover of all things chocolate. Most days she can be found just trying to avoid standing on discarded LEGO or trying to decide which book to read next.
She’s always had stories in her head. One night, after getting encouraged by a friend to just go ahead and try it and see what happens, over the next several months she produced a novel.
“Second Chances” is the first novel in the “Always You” series and was released in the year 2015. Lucas was all that Samantha ever wanted, yet he was also the guy she could never have. All they had was friendship and her silly hope for more. When he took off and departed with all of that. She moved on, settled. Samantha figured that happiness just was not in the cards for her. One night of drinks with an old “friend” gives her a hope that she’d never expected, but is unsure what to do with it. This time, she’s got the opportunity she’s always dreamed of, however not free to take it.
A decade prior, Samantha was just a friend, a sweet girl Lucas didn’t want to hurt. Now she is everything he wants, yet nothing he can have. She belongs to him, even if she’s not really his, and can’t settle for anything less than every bit of her. Now that he’s got a second chance, he’s grabbing on with both hands. Why did it take so long to realize it was always her?
“Finding Me” is the first stand alone novel and was released in the year 2016. Bella has always been lost. She was cherished by a stepdad, even though she wasn’t his, and abandoned by a dad that didn’t want her. Shattered by this boy that swore he loved her. However she didn’t belong anywhere nor did she belong to nobody.
Then she met a sweet-talking hockey player named Owen, who made Bella love him. He gave her the courage to trust in somebody besides herself. He showed her a love that she longed for.
When this unwanted ghost comes knocking on her door, her heartbreaking history threatens to repeat itself. However where does she turn if she loses everybody? And how will she be able to find where she belongs, when she’s still finding herself?
“Rewrite” is the first novel in the “Never Too Late” series and was released in the year 2017. Once upon a time, a girl loved a boy and he loved her back. And they lived happily ever after. Except their story was never that simple.
Brianna loved Josh with all that she had, right up until the day that he left. Now, all these years later, he had returned, and wanting Brianna the way she had always longed for him. But now, she belonged to somebody else. Somebody that never left her the way that Josh had. She figured that was the end of their story. She could not change the past, nor did she want to rewrite her future.
Brianna was always more than Josh’s best friend. She was the shining light in his black hole of an existence, and he loved her with every bone and cell in his body. He just was not good enough for her, however. More like the villain than the hero in their little fairy tale. When he was forced to leave, he vowed to return a better man, for her.
However once he finally did return, she was not waiting for him anymore. She had somebody new, a Prince Charming of her own. Did this mean that their story was over? He could not change their past. It was finally time to rewrite their ending.
“Simmer” is the second novel in the “Never Too Late” series and was released in the year 2018. Sara’s life was always at a simmer, just stewing, but never really going anywhere. She was left to just fend for herself when it came to love or affection, so she ended up learning to go without. She refused to let anybody see how lonely and broken she was; as it was much easier to hide behind a fake reality.
She didn’t want anybody’s pity. She did not need it. Pity would not put any food on the table nor would it keep a roof over their heads. That was all her. Now she’s got another chance at a dream long forgotten. It demands sacrifice and hard work, with no distractions. A recipe that she already knows all too well, raising her daughter all on her own.
Drew Kostas is everything that she has ever wanted but could not allow herself to have. He is charming, younger, gorgeous, and relentless. He sees beyond her hardened shell that she has built to protect herself, and coaxes out a softer side of Sara that she doesn’t even recognize. Does not matter how she melts in his presence when the heat between them threatens to boil over.
That is the thing about head, when it rises, then everybody gets burned. Especially when they are foolish enough to go and fall in love in the first place.
“Pining” is the third novel in the “Never Too Late” series and was released in the year 2020. The bad guy never gets the girl. In the eyes of the law, Anthony’s paid for his youthful mistakes however he knows that he can never undo the damage that he has caused. When he stepped foot out of his cell, he vowed he’d live a good life, make all the right choices, and avoid all temptation at all costs.
Until Victoria. She is not a choice, rather a compulsion. A craving. A brave and beautiful heroine that walked right out of the pages of the comic books that he creates and right into his life with the superpower of making Anthony believe that he could be the man that she deserves.
But he’s not. Victoria wants to tell the entire world about them this coming Christmas, including her dad, who is also his boss. However before she does, he needs to tell her the truth. Can Anthony possibly stay her hero when she learns that he used to be the villain?
