Susanne Valenti lives in England, down in the south east, near London yet far enough out to be able to look out at fields in a wistful way should the mood strike her.

She is married to a guy she met when she was only seventeen that seemed like he’d be a keeper, so she held on tight. They have two beautiful children, a son and a daughter.

Susanne enjoys all things fictional and strives to create fictional tales which give her readers a true sense of friendship, adventure, and love with a nice twist of the unknown tossed in for good measure.

She began writing so far back that she cannot even remember at this point, just drawing picture books or jotting ideas down as a child and then beginning and not completing many stories when she was a teen. However in the year 2015, she and Caroline (her sister) got to talking about attempting to make something real out of their pipe dreams from them becoming authors and they got their first solo project manuscripts finished up and then published on Amazon.

Eventually, after they’d published several of their own series they decided they would use the power of the sister twin brain in order to co-write and they have not looked back since then.

Susanne’s characters typically come to her first and from there, it’s their story just inside her head, running around and around throughout her mind until she just has to get it onto the page.

She doesn’t really suffer from writer’s block. If she hits a spot she finds tough to get just right she’ll typically skimp on the details in order to get past it. Then on her next draft her subconscious will have typically come up with what was missing.

“Afflicted” is the first novel in the “Tainted Earth” series and was released in the year 2017. The world is changing. Change carries on the wind, flowing through the rivers and it grows in the heart of the storm. Once it is freed, there is nothing that can stop it from spreading like a poison through the Earth and all of its creatures. The planet’s evolving and anything which wants to remain is going to have to adapt. The animals have been learning how to fight back as the plants continue to grow beyond any control.

Kaitlyn and all of her friends have to find a way to survive as everything around them is getting both stranger and stronger. They cannot trust anything that they thought they knew about the world. They cannot even trust one another. Violence and rage twists its way into the hearts of the contaminated and shapes them into something new.

Something that cannot feel love, pity, or mercy. Kaitlyn’s heart pulls her toward the single person she knows can help them however can she locate him in time? Safety lies slightly out of reach and they have to find the strength in order to achieve it.

“Altered” is the second novel in the “Tainted Earth” series and was released in the year 2018. The world is still twisting into something new. Kaitlyn’s focus has to remain on survival yet the chances of that are reducing at each and every turn. With everything evolving into a much stronger version of its previous self, she must find a way to do the same. She must become strong enough to survive in this harsh new world and with Lincoln at her side she feels it might just be possible.

He’s the only thing that she knows she can potentially rely on while everything all around them continues to crash down. The pressure of their own safety weighs heavily upon his shoulders and he does not want to trust the beating of his heart. Even though it pulls them both closer, how can he even trust in their emotions when there is so much that has happened by this point?

One thing is for sure: they must figure out a way to get to safety before it becomes too late to escape. In a world where nothing’s like it used to be, they have to come up with a way to adapt. Hope’s fading while the storm closes in on them and time’s running short.

“Kings of Lockdown” is the first novel in the “Brutal Boys of Everlake Prep” series and was released in the year 2020. Tatum had her chance to run from these brutal boys and passed it up. The bonds between them are much too strong at this point in time. Bonds of blood, vengeance, and oaths. And she intends on making good on every single one of them. She’s made her list, and she isn’t going to quit until each and every single one of their crimes has been paid for.

Divide and conquer. They are going to tear each one of them to shreds from the inside. Tatum’s not going to quit until she has gotten her pound of flesh and then some. These broken boys can paint themselves like they are kings and stand upon a pedestal above everyone else. However this only gives them further to fall. And they will fall hard.
