T.I. Lowe is an award-winning inspirational and romance novelist from the South Carolina coast. Early on, she went to the University of Tennessee and the Coastal Carolina University, where she excelled in Creative Writing and majored in Psychology.

In 2014, she published “Lulu’s Cafe,” her debut novel and it went on to quickly become a bestselling novel. She has over the years sold thousands of copies of her works she now has more than a dozen novels published.

Still, she has asserted that she is just getting started and there are many more stories in her.

Tonya Lowe currently makes her home in Myrtle Beach, where she lives with her husband and Lydia and Nathan her two children. She believes he is privileged that she gets to be an author which has always been a dream since she was in her teenage years.

Lowe has always enjoyed how a story could sweep her away with its magic. Becoming an author is thus something she dreamed about. She remembers being in middle school reading “Sweet Valley High” and believing she could write something similar.

However, it would take her mother dying of cancer before she started pursuing her dream. When her mother was battling cancer and undergoing chemo, she told the story to her in hospital.

Her mother encouraged her to write and made her promise that one day she would publish it. Since T.I. Lowe did not want to live with regrets and hence she started writing as a 38-year-old.

Her mother passed on a year later and left her nursing some huge grief she never imagined she would ever have. But the silver lining was that she also had the promise she had made to her mother.

Four months after her mother’s decease, Lowe published “Lulu’s Cafe” in 2014.

T.I. Lowe loves writing but sometimes she likes to engage in hobbies. Having been brought up by a mother who loves puzzles, she can often be found working on them. She also likes keeping journals in which she sketches the characters and plots for her next novel.

She is quite the reader and prefers to read audiobooks which she has done since 2016. Lowe also likes to listen to her audiobooks while doing her chores or puzzles. She has often caught herself tapping on a novel trying to highlight some paragraph or sentence since she sometimes forgets that she is not on her tablet.

As for her writing style, she has said that she does not have one particular one. T.I. Lowe has been known to change her style and technique from novel to novel and no one knows what technique will turn up in what book.

The only thing she has been consistent about has to be the journaling, which she consistently does every time she wants to embark on a new novel.

“Beach Haven” by T.I. Lowe is the story of Opal Gilber a free-spirited woman.

To outsiders, she seems like she has everything anyone would need to have a happy life. She is a refurbisher of vintage furniture based in Sunset Cove, where she sells from her Bless This Mess her funky ocean side boutique.

But then she meets a former marine and new to town man named Lincoln Cole who is harboring hurts and deep wounds. He had come to her shop and she immediately knew that he was in pain and in need of a job.

She asks him if he would be interested in working for her at the workshop but the brooding man declines the offer.

Things get interesting when “Bless This Mess” is damaged by a hurricane strike. Lincoln feels guilty about his treatment of Opal and offers to help make the necessary renovations.

It is soon clear that Opal is interested in not only getting back her business but also helping Lincoln find restoration. Even though the latter has been trying to keep as far away as he can from Opal, her supposed meddling has been healing his wounded.

Could he capture his heart before the man realizes it?

T.I. Lowe’s novel “Driftwood Dreams” is the compelling story of Josie Slater. She has over the years made bad decisions that it would now seem that she would never leave Sunset Cove.

When her mother died a few years earlier, she had spent most of her time running the Driftwood Diner, which is an eatery that belongs to her father.
Meanwhile, Sophia and Opal are achieving their dreams even as Josie watches from the sidelines as her school aspirations seem to be fading away.

Things turn interesting when a Southern French-speaking man from her past returns from Europe upending her world.

August Bradford had left for Europe half a dozen years earlier as he sought to achieve some ambitious career goals and sow some oats. He now thinks it is time to lay down roots and wants to win Kosie’s heart.

He asks for Josie’s help when he is preparing for a children’s art camp and she is only too happy to help. She unleashes her artistic side unseen since she lost her mother. But convincing her to let go of her apprehensions about him will not be so easy.

“Sea Glass Castle” by T.I. Lowe is a compelling romance novel that introduces Sophia Prescott. She is a woman that is still recovering from her highly publicized and embarrassing divorce from her pro football player husband.

The single mother had left the city and gone back home to Sunset Cove, where she has the support of the Sand Queens and her family. She did not think she would ever recover and get her life on track until she goes to the pediatrician’s office.

Dr. Weston has heard all manner of stories of shattered lives including his own. He lost his wife when a truck driver slept at the wheel and plowed into the sedan in which his pregnant was a passenger.

She had died on the spot and Weston was left with a wounded heart that would not heal. He had packed his bags and headed to South Carolina hoping to fade into the background at the small town of Sunset Cove.

But Sophia Prescott the feisty brunette has him gunning for something entirely unexpected and different.

If Wes and Sophia can take a shot at romance, they might just get hope back and live happily ever after.
