T.R. Harris is an American author of fiction. He is best known for his Human Chronicles series, which debuted on shelves in 2013. There are over twenty novels in this series and counting. There is also a collection of the Human Chronicles Saga Books one through five that came out in 2017. He also worked on the Liberation series with George Wier on the book Captains Malicious.

T. R. Harris is also the author of the Jason King: Agent to the Stars series, the novel Day of the Drone of the Drone Wars Series, and the novel No Bones in Ice Cream, published in 2014.

The Fringe Worlds is the first novel in the Human Chronicles series. It features the main character of Adam Cain, who happens to be an alien. He is a guy with a major attitude. This could have something to do with the fact that he was kidnapped from his home and family by some random aliens and taken all the way to a strange and new universe away from everything he knows. Adam Cain is far away from anything that could remotely be described as familiar to him.

Chances are that if you were in his shoes you wouldn’t like it much either. Adam is not thrilled about the situation, but once it’s happened there’s not much he can do to change it. Even though he’s in a bad situation, the alien quickly realizes that he’s actually a lot stronger than the other aliens he’s coming across. He’s faster and more coordinated than every single one of them every time too. So it’s not long before he starts fighting off everybody he comes across that he needs to.

Adam is seriously real, and this is a story that is chock-full of action. When a Navy Seal has his life disrupted on Earth, you can bet that he’s going to make the aliens pay for doing so. There is adventure and space battles at every turn in this riveting first novel of the series from T.R. Harris. You’ll love this funny novel that is not only fast-paced by set in the most exotic locales in the galaxy among rising galactic empires, different alien races, and more.

Harris weaves a rich world of characters and races in his classic tale about clashes among races for superiority in the galaxy. Readers will find out about the Juireans, a race that used the technology of the Klin race after exterminating them 4,000 years ago in order to fuel their Juirean Expansion– which is what the building of their huge galactic empire was called.

But now it is discovered that the Klin were not wiped out by the Juireans. They may, in fact, be still alive and surviving in hiding in some part of The Fringe Worlds. The Klin might still be out there– and there’s reason to believe that this secretive race has also begun a plan to use humans for their own purposes. What this plan is could end up bringing about the end of the human race as the world knows it.

The location of the Earth is being contained in a computer core that was stolen from a broken down Klin starship. The Klins are the only ones that know the location of the Earth, and they want to use the people on it to get something that they want. So what can Adam do about it? He’s going after that missing computer core all the way.

Adam is locked into a desperate race to get the core before the Fringe Pirates and Juireans get there first. Can he get back the core and finally be on his way home? The truth is that Adam doesn’t really care about the fight between the Klin and the Juireans– he just wants to get back to Earth. If the entirety of a galactic empire wants to stand in his way, that’s going to have to be their bad decision.

Adam is willing to do whatever it takes to get home, and he doesn’t care who he has to screw over to do it. Check out this exciting first story of the Human Chronicles saga to find out if the protagonist can get the core and go back home, or if he’s caught up in a conflict that threatens to overtake even him.

Alien Assassin is the second novel in the Human Chronicles series. The adventure continues once more with hardened ex-SEAL Adam Cain back once more. He’s been living in a weird universe and has to adapt somehow. So he becomes one of the only things that he can think of that he would be good at– an alien assassin. It makes perfect sense to him, and since he is stronger and faster than just about any alien he has ever come across, it’s the perfect line of work for someone like Adam with superhuman capabilities.

After all, Adam is like Superman in this reality. It turns out that he is perfectly cut out to do this type of work. We follow Adam once more, and this time he is meeting with the leader of the Fringe Pirates. This is Riyad Tarazi, and they have something in common in that they are both humans. That can be rare in this part of the galaxy.

Riyad proves to be his partner in crime as they fall into a number of situations that include shootouts with wanted criminals, space battles, and run-ins with the Juireans. The two team up on a mission to get back home, but it seems that just about all of the universe is standing in their way. When the Klin appear on the scene and seem to be manipulating galactic events, could the human race be in more trouble than Adam initially thought?

If you loved the first book, you will definitely be intrigued by Alien Assassin! T.R. Harris does it again in this fast-paced sci-fi story that continues the Human Chronicles with the same intrigue and humor that made it a hit in the first place. Explore space for yourself– pick up this second installment of the series and get in on the fun!
