Taylor Rylan loves to read, and it’s always been one of her favorite things to do dating as far back as she can remember.

When she began writing, she couldn’t decide if she wanted to write paranormal or contemporary, since she loves both. She chose contemporary but she still had paranormal talking to her and darn shifters kept telling her to tell their story, it’d be fun. So she did, and it was. This is how she started her “Honey Creek Den” series. The series is set in a fictitious town on Flathead Lake, which is actually a real place in Montana.

“The Men of Crooked Bend” series is what started all of it for her and it was very tough for her to let these men go. It was originally only supposed to be a trilogy but wound up being a ten book series with a bonus book which is part of “The Snow Globe Christmas” series. It is set in the foothills of the Grand Teton Mountains, which is a place that she fell in love with as a teen.

When Taylor’s not busy writing about firefighters, cowboys, US Marshals, architects, bears, warlocks, or tigers, she enjoys reading. Since she has a limited amount of free time, she is fond of novellas and short stories.

“Protecting My Commitment” is the first novel in the “Sulfur Springs” series and was released in the year 2018. Dalton Andrews has, in fact, seen it all. After he spent a little over a decade with Denver PD, Dalton had finally had enough and joined Wildlife Services, not thinking about what an isolating career it’d be. When his job takes him on assignment off to Crooked Bend, he jumps at the chance to work with real people once more when the town’s sheriff has to hire some more deputies. While he’s at his new boss’ wedding reception, he meets a blue eyed architect unexpectedly that makes his brain go all fuzzy.

Collin McKenzie has got trust issues. After a countless amount of bad experiences, which culminate in spending more than a year hidden inside the closet by his ex, he finally figured enough was enough. He didn’t only break up with the guy, but also moved to a whole other state to begin again. He loves working for the Welsh brothers and living in the state of Wyoming puts him much closer to his family. He has sworn men off, however while he attends a wedding, he sees this dark haired guy that makes him catch his own breath.

After they spend an unforgettable night with each other, Collin mistakenly lumps him in with his past experience. Things get awkward between each of them, however the attraction burns brighter than ever, so they agree to try it out. However when Collin’s ex discovers him in Wyoming and isn’t taking no for an answer, Dalton steps up and claims Collin. However is he going to be able to keep this man safe, the one he’s been quickly falling so hard for? And is Collin ever going to trust him enough to allow him in?

Each of the characters and their emotions were realistic, the scenes were described in a vivid and easy to imagine way. This story is very likable and both of the men are incredibly charming.

“Cornelius” is the first novel in the “Warlocks of Amherst” series and was released in the year 2020. Fate knows what it’s doing, right? Warlock Cornelius is close to three hundred years old and has gotten tired of being all alone. When help’s needed at the wolf pack, located out west, he is quick to head out there, hopeful that he’s able to find his One there.

Matthew is in awe just to be in the human realm. Things are much different than the fae realm that he is from. He got sent to Timber Valley, having been told his mate was there, and he is excited to meet a sexy shifter of his own. Except his mate isn’t a shifter.

Fae and Warlocks do not mate with one another. They’ve got some ongoing feud that dates back for over a millennium; all the way back to the original fae and warlock. Did fate mix things up?

This is a sweet love story with mates that are loving and the sexy times were incredible. Readers loved the humor that Matthew brings to this series of novels, and it’s interesting seeing him light up when he gets to see the human world for the very first time.

“My Forever, My Always” is the first novel in the “Men of Crooked Bend” series and was released in the year 2020. Growing up on some ranch out in the middle of nowhere Wyoming didn’t provide Simon Redfeather with too many chances to explore his sexuality. From a young age he knew that he was interested in guys but just wondered if he would ever find somebody to settle down with.

Even though he wanted to stretch his wings, he knew that the ranch was the life for him and he had inevitably follow his own heart on back home. Would he actually be able to find some love with somebody that could give just as good as they get and love this land just as much as he did?

Sean Welsh thought he was lucky to have grown up with a couple dads as it made coming out that much easier. Never wanting to trade in on the privilege that came with their last name, Sean and his identical twin hoped to forge their own path and open up an architectural firm in Jackson Wyoming.

He never expected that Simon Redfeather, a new client of his, to be some sexy, gorgeous, and honest to god cowboy. With Simon pushing all of his hot buttons, he finds himself wishing that he was not the shy twin and years to be more daring. Like his older brother. The attraction is an instant one, however are Sean and Simon willing to risk it all to find their other half?
