USA Today and New York Times bestselling author Teresa Reasor was born in Southeastern Kentucky, however grew up a Marine Corps brat. The love of reading was instilled in her during Kindergarten at Parris Island, South Carolina and made books her friends during all of the many transfers that her dad’s military career entailed.

The transition from reading to writing came naturally to her and she wrote her very first book during the second grade. However it was not until the year 2007 that her first published book was released.

After spending ten years as a part time College Instructor and twenty-one years as an Art Teacher, she is retired and lives out her dreams of being a full time Writer.

Teresa’s body of work includes both shorter pieces and full length novels in many different genres Children’s Books, Paranormal Romance, Military Romantic Suspense, Contemporary Romance, Historical Romance.

She writes her way on through writer’s block. She keeps a notebook filled with all of the research she has done before she has written the book and whenever she gets stumped she just goes back and works on this notebook. Something she finds or reads during the research process is sure to inspire an idea and she will be back to writing her story. Her inspiration comes from reading other people’s words, so she makes sure to read at least a thousand words each day.

Teresa’s favorite part of being a writer is being your own creative boss. You’re in total control of what you write about, as well as what your characters say and do. It is a fantastic thing to wake up each and every morning eager to go to work. This is how she feels each and every day. She is so blessed to be able to do what she has dreamed of doing since she was a second grader.

Teresa does a fantastic job of making you fall in love with Mary and Alexander and smiling at Duncan’s sweet humorous words. You will laugh, sigh, and cry, however you won’t put this book down until you have finished it.
