Tia Louise is an award-winning and USA Today bestselling author of romantic suspense, sexy sweet military romance, single parent romance, and small-town romance novels.

Just like many of her contemporaries, she dabbled in all manner of jobs before she became an author. She was a journalist, book editor, teacher and ultimately ended up the editor of a magazine.

It was during their time at the magazine that she thought of reigniting her interest in writing love stories.
Tia wrote One to Hold the debut novel of the One to Hold series in 2013 and has never looked back since. She now has more than two dozen novels across several series and single standing novels.

She currently makes her home in the midwest, where she lives with her husband, their two teenage children and their cat.

Louise, like many other authors, started out as a reader before she became an author. When she was just a kid, she was often found with a novel in her hand, even if she could not tell a very good story.

When she was seven years old, she made friends with an artist and together they would write the stories as he wrote the characters and settings and the entire manuscript while her friend drew the illustrations.

She continued reading and writing stories throughout her elementary and high school years. Given Her love for reading and writing, it was not surprising that she decided to major in English when she went to college.

Following graduation she taught creative writing for a full year then went back and studied for a degree in mass communication. She would then go on to work as a journalist and editor for a decade before she decided to start a family and became a stay at home mother.

With so much time on her hands she decided to try her hand at fiction.

Even though Tia Louise did not write much during her college years,she has often written in one form or another through the years. As long as she had been alive, she has been writing whether it was a graphic novel or journal.

Louise worked as a journalist until she published her debut in 2013, which gave the motivation to try to become an author. Given that she worked as a journalist for most of her adult life, she always deemed herself an author once she published her first article in the year 2,000.

Still, it would take her several years and it was not until 2012 with the publishing of a bestselling young adult novel that she saw herself as an author. Tia got started on her authorship career penning young adult novels.

She always wanted something in which her characters reflected more of her interests, problems and age. This is what drives much of her work to date.

Tia Louise’s novel “One to Hold” opens to Melissa going on a vacation for a week. She has had a tough year and had to make some big adjustments. She now wants to relax and escape from her life, if only for a time.

At the spa, she bumps into a man at the bar. But he is not the type he would usuall;y date as he is gorgeous, bearded and big. He is very much interested in her and is relentlessly pursuing her.

But she has nothing to lose even though this is not something she would ordinarily do. After he gives her the most incredible night, Derek has a proposition for her. While it is not the best idea she is unable to refuse him. They spend a week of pure bliss together which makes for some steamy reading and sexy times.

Derek and Melissa have a strong connection that goes beyond just the sex. It is a brilliant romance novel that is sweet, short and sexy read that comes with just enough drama and angst to keep things interesting.

“One to Keep” by Tia Louise is the story of Patrick Knight, a man that was recently fucked over royally and is just trying to find his feet. He has now moved to a new job and new city and finds himself completely horny and all alone.

But when he starts thinking with his small head, he stumbles into a lot more trouble than he could ever have imagined. His own mess means he now has to avoid his office and his home.

Given how useless he has become, Derek, his partner, sends him to Scotssdale, Arizona, on a business trip for a week. They are hoping that by the end of the week everything will be fine.
Still, nobody ever thought that hundreds of miles from his hometown, he would meet a beautiful and gorgeous woman that he falls in love with. Right from the moment he met her, he knew that she was the one and intended to make her his.

Every moment he spends with his little angel solidifies this belief. The only problem is that Elaine has never been one for long distance relationships which puts the future of their relationship in doubt.

Derek will do anything in his power to protect his loved ones and he asks for the help of Patrick Knight, his partner. The plan they come up with is nothing they have ever done before as they take a walk on the dark side.
