Trixie Silvertale grew up reading through a neverending supply of Hardy Boys, Lillian Jackson Braun, and Nancy Drew books. She loves amateur sleuths in cozy mysteries and will obsess over everything and anything having to do with the paranormal. Both of these passions united in her “Mitzy Moon Mysteries” series, and she is thrilled to write them and share them with her readers.

When she isn’t consumed with her writing, she bakes to fuel her own creative engine and pulls the weeds in her herb garden in order to clear her head. Sometimes she pulls out her hair, but mostly it’s the weeds.

Trixie’s debut novel, called “Fries & Alibis”, was released in the year 2019.

“Wings & Broken Things” is the third novel in the “Mitzy Moon” series and was released in the year 2019. A determined psychic sleuth investigating a crime with no eyewitness. Is her search for clues going to take her where the angels fear to tread?

Mitzy is yearning to try out her expanding abilities. She would love to look into the hit-and-run which struck down her very favorite veterinarian as everybody was at the Yuletide Extravaganza. However before she is able to suss out any tip, the advances of one green-eyed stranger offer her a dangerous distraction.

Desperate to put her investigation back on track, she goes undercover at the high school and ends up landing on the wrong side of the law by the time lunch rolls around. And Mitzy’s ‘get out of jail free’ card comes with the assistance of her meddling Grams, one interfering feline, and her alchemically inclined lawyer. However when a cruise ends up putting her powers on the fritz, she might not be able to save everybody. Can she juggle sleuthing and dating, or is a hex going to knock off more than her halo?

“Sparks & Landmarks” is the fourth novel in the “Mitzy Moon” series and was released in the year 2020. A Valentine’s Day find, a suspicious fire. Is this psychic sleuth going to gamble and lose?

Mitzy’s clairvoyant abilities continue to grow, however she never predicted arson. After waking up to a towering inferno and loading up her mentor into the ambulance, she thought that things couldn’t ever get any worse. However when the sheriff connects her dad to the fire, she is forced to take this case.

Coming up empty on love and leads forces her to take unnecessary risks. Now her otherworldly helpers, a fiendish cat, a nosy Ghost-ma, are the only ones able to save Mitzy’s bacon. However with Bingo, break-ins, and some big storms stalling her investigation out, she might not be able to keep her dad from going to jail. Can she dig up the right clues, or is she going to fall for a sinister plot which puts her six feet under?

“Charms & Firearms” is the fifth novel in the “Mitzy Moon” series and was released in the year 2020. A charming present, and a weekend getaway. Is this psychic sleuth going to find a suitor out on the slopes?

Mitzy plans on taking a break from snooping and try learning to ski. After she gets a mysterious gift from her travel companion she feels just light as a feather. However her heart goes as stiff as a board when she face plants right onto a corpse.

Racing on back to the bookshop so she can consult her otherworldly helpers, she is terrified to find her meddling Ghost-ma has disappeared. Her spoiled cat appears to ignore her pleas, while her alchemist lawyer won’t answer her either. She cannot figure out if she has lost her mind or her powers. Can she solve a murder without any of her extra sensory perceptions, or is one misstep going to put her in the murderer’s crosshairs?

   Hi I first discovered the Mitzy Moon series on Scribd. And have just listened to 18 books. She’s fun carefree sassy with her grams being her best pal and haunting side kick as they gobble up 18 murder mystery’s in Pin Cherry Cove. If your considering a supernatural and funny murder series then Tricia Silvertales Mitzy Moon series should be your first go to. I live in Australia QLD and have enjoyed getting to know each character as though I was sleuthing with them. I give it 5 stars. So don’t hesitate, go and meet Mitzy her grumpy feline and Devine grams today. Thx 😊

   Love Mitzy Moon Mysteries. I am from Michigan and want to know if you are thinking of the Traverse City area or if you are thinking of Copper Harbor in the U.P.? Both seem to fit. Keep the stories coming–I will keep buying them. A fan–Sue
