Wayne Jordan is a prolific Barbadian author famous for writing romance and literature & fiction books. He is particularly famous for writing authors’ biographies and has been doing this for past many years. Author Jordan is a published author with the Harlequin publishing house. He wishes to have his own website some day that describes him as a noteworthy author. Jordan’s dream of becoming a published author turned into reality in the year 2003 when the Harlequin decided to publish his first book around the time of Christmas a couple of years later. His first book, Capture the Sunrise, was published in 2005 by the BET/Arabesque publishers. This book was released as a part of a special edition of 2-in-1 volume called Slow Motion. Jordan shared this special edition release with another prolific author named Devon Vaughn Archer. In addition to being a well known author, Jordan also works as a high school teacher. He teaches literature, theater arts, and language arts to his students. Before the beginning of his writing career, author Jordan completed his graduation from the University of West Indies. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in the subject of linguistics in literature and later, his Master of Arts degree in applied linguistics. Author Jordan was born on May 2, 1962 in Bridgetown, Barbados.

As of today, he resides on the beautiful tropical Barbados island. The golden sunshine and white sand and beaches of this island provide the perfect setting for him for writing the romance stories that he likes to create. Author Jordan says that he was influenced to take up writing as a career after going through the popular works of some of the most prominent authors of his time, including Maureen Smith, Nora Roberts, Judith Mcnaught, Brenda Jackson, Felicia Mason, Tami Hoag, Lindsay McKenna, Catherine Mann, Julia Miller, William Bernhardt, Delores Fossen. These authors are also included in the list of favorite authors of Jordan. He loves to read a lot and his tastes in reading also include romance books. In fact, he says that it was because of his interest in reading romance novels that he felt the urge to create his own romance books and eventually came up with some of the most exciting romance stories. Being a noteworthy author has allowed author Jordan to become a member of the RWA, NINC, Multicultural Chapter, etc. He takes active participation in a number of writers’ conferences that take place throughout the country. Author Jordan is represented by a literary agent named Cheryl Ferguson from the Ferguson Literary Agency. The writing career of author Jordan comprises of mostly standalone novels, all of which are based on the theme of romance. However, he has recently started to develop a couple of romance series. Jordan is expected to publish all his future books as part of one of his novel series. His book series, The Knight Trilogy, is quite popular. Apart from spending time in writing his romance novels, author Jordan serves as the host of the harlequin community’s KImani area. He shares his duties and responsibilities along with another host from the Simply Series area.

An initial book written by author Wayne Jordan in his career is entitled ‘To Love You More’. This book was released by the harlequin Kimani publishers in the year 2012. Author Jordan has set the plot of this romantic story in Barbados and has introduced the primary characters in the form of George Simpson and Rachel Davis. At the start of the book’s story, it is shown that George Simpson never faced any problem in wooing women in the past. He works as an attorney and is as sexy and handsome as any man could be. He is known to be quite commanding in the candlelight bedrooms, just like his commanding nature in the courtrooms. George Simpson has always spoken the truth about the personal things of his life without any strings attached and nothing else other than the truth. He believes that it is important to keep all the truth of your life in front of your romance partners as none get hurt this way. More importantly, he does not get to feel guilty in the end. George Simpson seems to have been in this field for a long time and seen different faces of romance more than anyone else, and he has now vowed not to fall in love with anyone again. Rachel Davis was once involved with George Simpson in a relationship and he was her first love. But now, she cannot believe the kind of playboy he has become after separating from her. When George had broken Rachel’s heart a few years ago, the only thing she wanted was to move out of Barbados and away from George. However, Rachel has now established herself as a successful lawyer and wants to focus only her law career. When she returns home and sees George again after so many years, she begins to go into an overdrive of emotions. The only thing that keeps her from approaching George is a secret, which she believes if comes out will destroy everything that the two shared in the past and their possible reunion. Now, Rachel wonders whether things will become smooth between her and George or they will start disliking each other even more.

Another excellent book that author Jordan has written is called ‘Saved By Her Embrace’. The Harlequin Kimani published this book too in 2011. Jordan has described the chief characters in this book as Sandra Walters and Troy Whiteball. At the beginning of the story of the book, it is depicted that Sandra Walters dumps her boyfriend, who cheated on her with another woman, and now she does not trust men anymore. Particularly, she hates those in white coats. This is the reason why she decides to steer clear of Troy Whiteball after running into the handsome surgeon. She seems unable to forget the passion that she once shared with him. Sandra looks to be in no mood to let her defenses down once again, no matter how well mannered the doctor is in his bed. Troy Whiteball still remembers each and every detail of the passionate night the two had spent together in the past. And after seeing her after so long, he intends to have her in his bed one more time. But, Sandra Walters doesn’t look to be the same woman that she was before, and so Troy is going to face a lot of difficulty in seducing her. She seems interested in a permanent relationship, but workaholic Troy has not plans of settling down any time soon. Now, it becomes interesting to know whether Troy Whiteball will become successful in changing Sanda Walters’ mind or she will end up convincing him to settle down, which will be good for both of them according to her.
