Willow Winters is a bestselling American author that writes erotic romance. Willow’s novels normally feature sexy bad boys and relatable girls.

+Biography
When Willow Winters was young, she wanted to pursue politics. The author can’t tell you what drew her to the field. She just remembers spending so much of her time exploring politics and the law.

But that phase did not last. She eventually set her sights on biology in college. But her interest in that subject also failed to stick.

For a time, Willow struggled with insomnia. Whenever she put her head down, her mind would start running and nothing she did could quiet it.

But then she started writing fiction and she suddenly found peace. Willow realized that she had always been a writer, and in finally settling down to produce fiction, she gave the ideas and the concepts that had kept her awake for so many nights the freedom to manifest on the page.

Like most authors, Willow read voraciously as a child. Sure, her preoccupation with politics and biology and their ilk never left much of an opening for an interest in writing to take shape.

But Willow remembers having quite the creative mind. And her opportunity to express that creativity finally came when Evie, her second child, came along.

When Willow fell pregnant with Evie, she decided to stay home fulltime. With her days suddenly free and unoccupied, Willow Winters read everything in sight.

Starting with ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’, the author set her sights on Smut. There were times when Willows would read two whole books in a single day.

Her appetite for reading might have seemed considerable when she was young but it was multiplied several times over during her pregnancy.

Willow’s daughter took her first breath in December. The very next month, Willow wrote her first words.

It was a January night. As was often the case, the author couldn’t sleep. Her mind wouldn’t rest. Because so much of her free time was spent reading, Willow couldn’t stop thinking up new stories, original creations that bombarded her during the day and then continued to haunt her in the silent hours of the night.

Willow had suffered this obstacle to her sleep for quite some time. But on that one January night, the storyteller in Willow took over, dragging her to her desk and finally forcing her to put words on paper.

No particular external compulsion drove Willow to write that night. She randomly came to the conclusion that she had always wanted to write and nothing, in particular, could stop her from doing so that night.

Willow started with a scene. She knew nothing about the story. All she had was the scene and the notion of writing multiple POVs. So she proceeded.

The author never expected to attract much in the way of success. And yet, once her first few books hit the internet, new fans began to pour in.

Before Willow could even comprehend her good fortune, she had become a Number One Contemporary Bestselling author.

Willow Winters has since made writing her full-time job. Publishing is her career. Of course, for someone with a family, finding the time to write is no picnic.

The author’s day begins with her kids. Once one of their two dogs wakes her up, she makes some coffee, gets her children ready for the day and then turns her attention to social media.

Willow Winters makes a concerted effort to interact with her fans, especially on Facebook. Once all her bases have been covered, she sits down to write.

With her kids and dogs around, it takes a considerable amount of focus on Willow’s part to make any notable progress.

But the author is persistent. She understands that indie publishing is a harsh business and that she cannot afford to slack off.

Willow is able to keep writing despite the hardships because of the support her fans give her. She can count on their messages to cheer her up, especially when her days get stressful.

The author takes comfort in the fact that all her stories are complete works of fiction. While she will find inspiration for her settings in real life places, most of the stories that Willow writes come directly from her mind.

For that reason, she doesn’t need to do research and that saves her a lot of time.

When it comes to Willow’s writing process, she normally takes a structured approach.

The author starts off with an outline of her story. She needs to know exactly where she is going.

After that, she will tweak the outline, fleshing out most of the plots, embellishing a few elements whilst also cutting out others.

By the time the author sits down at her computer, she knows exactly what she wants to write. Her outlines and the final drafts of her novels rarely differ from one another.

+Forget Me Not
A girl loved a boy. She was really little at the time but her feelings were strong.

His father tried to hurt her but he rose to her defense. Having been taken away from her home and held against her will, the girl eventually left the boy, fleeing the first chance she got.

She struggled with the guilt of leaving him in the hands of a monster. But she survived and got everything in life she ever wanted.

Twenty years later, that boy has become a man and he is back.

+Dirty Dom
The man grew up in a crime family and that gave him no choice but to indulge in things he would never be proud of. But he knew who he was and, for the most part, he loved what he did.

After all, it gave him money and power and all the women he could ever want.

But then Becca came into his life. She was unlike any woman he had ever seen, and her eyes seemed to pierce into his very soul. She’s the good girl who doesn’t belong in his world but can she shake his seduction off?
